.... But yes youre right koray.

The ranks thingy is just useless in my eyes. If we keep the clan as simple as possible, would be much easier.

There is hierarchy in our division and everyone should respect it !

Hierarchy is a successful way of commanding a bigger mass. If you have a vip member, co leader, leader and he says to you rebel, you must respect it. After all, there are better people at rebelling and making tactics and there are some people better at listening the commands, and that is our system.. To find everyone's tough skill and use it to gain advantage over the others.

Please stop with your useless posts, and don't make me delete them all.

Don't you think you're reacting to fast, without even thinking of what I was saying? If I felt like leaving I WOULDENT care how the ranks are set up. But as I do care, and "Burn"'s story about that inactivity, demotion to a VIP from a moderator and blabla, is just noobish

I'm just saying, this Hierarchy can be made much easier. From what I know: CO-Leading, (2 Persons leading) So why would there be "Leader and Co-Leader"

And I'm talking generaly, and this is the JLz generalcorner, so Not doing anything wrong.

Let me answer you that:

If in game there is only one good player from JLz who is Co Leader and 2,3 members he can make a gang, and everyone from the "gang" should respect what he says and do what he says. If there are only 3 members they won't make a very good strategy except rebel and rush like lucky fellas. Once there is a Leader in game, Co leader should tell him what they are up to and give him a guideline what they were doing, so Leader will approve or disapprove their act.

Hierarchy - Ranks - Fun - Strategy - Well known division with a good reputation and best guys/girls in it.

That's why we have survived through out the ages.. Our system is way better than the rest of the systems that other divisions have.

Simple, ranks are made on the levels of trust.
As i can see ... If you are loyal to JLz .. you will get a higher rank ...
Each promotion rank gives you a step forward of becoming a leader maybe or a moderator.
The promotion level depends on how much you are helping JLz.
And if you get Leader+ rank and become Really useful, you might get in Hall of fame eventually.
That's the purpose of a rank. Being useful and helping JLz.

But since I already started it: CO-Leader is "Leader which is getting leader by 2 guys" Actually same rank as Leader isnt it? =D

I request from all the members to get active and bring a friend over JLz.. I myself apologize for the inactivity, tomorrow I will be online all day..
