Although I ain't playing for a long time. I would be against freeze time. DD2 is popular and people love it because it's fast-paced. Freeze time would be useful for more serious servers. DD2 - No BS, just fun.

In the event that will be introduced " FreezeTime " I appeal to strict adherence to five seconds , " SpawnCamping ", then kick .

You can still rush with freezetime the only difference is it becomes fair for everybody. And you will need skill to actually get the kill instead of advantage.

I know players who take 5 seconds buying equipments and weapons what I mean is it has nothing to do with freezetime, it's about who is faster in buying and who's slower and the ones slower in buying can bind their keyboards and can be as fast as the ones who are faster, we all use binds so we can rush fast and waste 0 time, same goes for lazy ones, bind your keyboards.

I don't think you understand english or you fail at understanding that it is perfectly possible to RUSH even if freezetime is ON.

The only reason why you want freezetime off because you love noobrushing vs weaker players.

You are afraid you will have to try harder with freezetime on because suddenly things become more fair for everybody.

Why don't you just go ahead and install speedhack you will be rushing fast even with FREEZEtime on.

I'm just stating my opinion and defending it like you're defending yours, I'm afraid of freezetime ON? please! gimme a break I wouldn't be bothered even if they put your freezetime to 10 seconds as I believe it's useless and Ambrosia's servers are known for not having freezetime like it or not and what comes next either the suggestion will be accepted or not is out of my hands just to make it clear for you and please stay on topic don't make excuses, speedhack really? how lame.

The problem of advantage/disadvantage of having no freeze time can be solved with an auto buy script. But I wouldn't mind 1 or 2 seconds ft

About tactics - I think the problem with tactics is not having the right team who are willing to work together rather than not having a couple of seconds of freeze time.

You know some peeps are too slow in buying equipments although we spoke about binding their keys and cannot rush as the others so they suggested to do some freezetime in order to keep up.

I would suggest to introduce the PTB team balancing to the server. Something like automatic transferring a high score terrorist to ct when ct team is losing, etc. Also, pls make it unable to choose other team when difference of no of players between 2 teams is >=2 ( to avoid situation like 9 players vs 14 I was in the other day, etc). The problem with this server is a lot of time, 2 sides are very unbalanced, when all good players choose ts, or the other way around (not mean no good players on the losing team, but one good player can't handle bunch of others.). And it persists from rounds to rounds, making losing side always have to run like ducks (LOL) to hide the other team's raid, not until admins come and make some reasonable adjustments...

Fixing those and this server would be incredible.

We've had this PTB thing before and believe me it turned into a complete mess so we removed it due to players' complaints.
