Its a bug, cant find you on Ban List. Normally you shoud be able to connect after you rr ur router. If this shouldent work wait for Raven.

he lives in holland... we have no such thing as dynamic ip's... nor he is nonsteam, either an steam or IP ban.

Now seriously, if you tried to join multiple times while the server is 31/32, you end up being unable to connect for a small period of time.
Try again in 10min

so because you said it works now i'll lock and move to unbanned since its only bug and fixed.

if it happened again do another request or contact owners ^^
