While ur not good at it , I suggest ( Doesnt mean u must listen to me) dont buy skins and all champs buy easy champs, If ur playing on Eune U can add Me KingAshTag ( brothers acc. was now mine)

Mercurial Scimitar will remove any debuffs, so in that situation as the ADC you are most likely the main focus of the enemy team - so the Mercurial Scimitar will remove debuffs such as Warwick's Suppress ultimate which can instakill you if their team focuses you correctly. Black Cleaver is more of an item Top Laner Bruiser champions build to cleave armor off of opponents.
