Because the nature of fishes is that thwy react on key signals which have to be high enough to notice, once a fish notices he will react in his way and this will start up one of his several biogarmatic systems which will result in the fish trying to get laid with another fish by digging a hole and showing the wife where the spot to emter is, once the wife has laid her eggs the fish will sw through the hole and will lay his sperm on the eggs thus childrens will be born
