Okay then let's go through your topic.
You firstly talk about verbal warnings but is there something wrong about them? I have already moved tons of topics from the General Off-Topic Corner and I have tried most of the time to give a verbal warning in order to let the original poster know that he posted the topic in the wrong board. This doesn't mean that the member would have been warned if he did that several times but it wouldn't be professional from our part to move topics without giving a verbal warning to the original poster. Keep also in mind that Todo was a Forum Moderator at that time since he got promoted in September 30 and therefore, this was part of his job so his intention wasn't to punish you for this slight mistake but to simply move the topic that you posted in the wrong board and to let you know that you did a mistake while posting it there.
After that, you talk about the warning system. You somehow believe that punishments should be executed in private and not in public but once again, you are wrong. "We" already give a lot of chances before issuing a Forum Warning and the purpose of a Forum Warning is to cease somebody's activities when the verbal warnings are not respected. Some people respect the verbal warnings and therefore, they rarely get punished but others don't respect these warnings and so, a punishment (Warning => Moderation => Mute => Ban) has to be executed on them in order to cease their activities. I have already seen tons of people disrespecting the Support Law but most of them only get a verbal warning.
If you would for example take in consideration every single warning that has been issued since the date that you registered in the forum, you would realize that most of the members who have been warned from the forum have already been given more than one verbal warning most of the time and that's because they disrespected these verbal warnings that a forum warning had to be issued on them.
Finally, you talk about "High Staff's" immunity and that's why I linked you this topic (http://www.ambrosia-servers.eu/community/index.php?topic=34404.0) in order to let you reconsider your opinion. Keep in mind that the Freedom of Speech is different in every topic. Someone who posts a meme in a topic made in the comedy corner won't be punished while somebody who posts a meme in a topic made in the Unban Request board will probably be warned verbally for it or punished if the offence exceeds some limits.
In addition to that, I'd like you to keep in mind that you can still report anyone who has Forum Moderation rights by posting a ticket (http://www.ambrosia-servers.eu/community/index.php?action=helpdesk;sa=newticket) in the Forum Moderation Review System Department of the Helpdesk if you believe that he isn't doing his job properly.

I can mention then when we ask for reason we got warned, we simply get ignored, when we ask for second time, we dont get the proper reply. The only proper replies in those cases, are ones from popay (and sb else).- Please Red Wolf you know better than anyone that you just pointed your fingure at the whole FM/UC ( since they are the ones with the ability to issue warnings on you ). If what you said was true Ibelieve that a simple pm to Popay ( since you said he is the only one with the somebody else to give a proper replie ) about what happend would suffice

In my opinion, and I'm not willing to insult anyone, seeing people getting warned so easily for small "spams" or this extremely overrated "support rule" is disturbing. Yeah I got 1600 posts, I'm gonna be Emperor now because I have a high post count, jeez... Like Jake said it's a community, chill, yes I do hate spams as well, but you know, we got like 20 people that got Forum Moderation rights, can't you just delete the freaking spam post? It's a forum, of course there will be spam, of course there will be arguements, of course there will be warnings, but please, just chill a little... I can tell you you're also spamming by replying to the spammer's post telling him "you're warned for spamming" instead of editing his post and typing there or PM-ing him.1800 posts b**ch please 8)

- about the example you gave about the "support rule " i don't see how " making a full well constructed sentence/paragraph while giving an opinion about a member who is applying for the administrationship " istead "of 3 words in 3 lines being repeated in every reply over and over " is disturbing

I would show you plenty right now but I'm not at home atm.
