Complaint: This is legitimate report regarding CC activities that causes damage to our community.
Personal statement:
I am a true ambrosian. Joined forums back 2011, but I have been a casual player since S*N. I have never done anything that would cause a major problem to ambrosia. I have been taking a part of events and staff duties with pride and taking an initiative sometimes in a form as a protest. I have resigned a couple of times as I was looking on my duty as responsibility as ambrosian to the community. The last time I resigned was when I saw CC acts of inappropriate treatment of staff members so I could freely speak out as an ordinary member not as FM or unban panel mod. I have never forgot my friends, never cheated, never overreacted. All my actions were a part of my investigation as I am working on another forum creation (no gaming). I have had mentioned that I could support ambrosia financially but kept this as off the record for the reason - I dont like to see the guys who are literary just paying for their rights. I was working my way to achieve that position without any money involvement. And I got stuck once my dearest old friend CC just turned completely different. So that's why I am sad to do this report however now I see whilst the ground zero (the public) is hot from the fuzz that is going around my report would be considered for a deeper review.
General statement:
Deflective sarcasm?
CC have done many outcomes as arrogant person who believes in the communism - he is having a right to say anything and all others are funny and wrong. The most controversial thing was that I was using a sarcastic funny remark to one of his posts "and today's lesson is.." (deleted by raven, meant that CC posted some totall offtopic in wheezys admin app) things turned out that CC warned me +25. My post was just a humor, nothing seriously abusive. LOL when CC says - get a sense of humor (http://www.ambrosia-servers.eu/community/index.php?topic=24848.msg314217#msg314217) by him self. Yes CC must have some kind of sarcasm, unfortunately he does not. He does spam by himself and I am totally fine with that. My work as FM was never a warning spree to any off topic as I tried to keep forums nice and comfy. Ive seen many warnings towards any criticizm that CC receives.
Elimating criticizers?
[look leavers section - whezy,terra,wolverine,razzi] they all got to say something bout CC and look a simple "bye" as a joy of freedom comes in. All them been here much longer than CC. Ive been pushed through the unbelievable treatment from CC with his "not a serious note - shut up" type remarks and his warnings to me. OMG thend the spammer, really? Look a simple "gg artus" in CC eyes are spam whilst he said a simple "bye" to the people that he even dont know that good. link (http://www.ambrosia-servers.eu/community/index.php?topic=24808.0).
Its funny as the topic was seen by ezza, dani, todo and none of them seen any spam. And then after 2 days comes CC and LOOK thend have posted gg to old felow admin gg. SPAM! and he warned me +15 after 2 days! Its just personal towards me and others.
CSGO
Dontodo input his cash to get a brand new server - I've been suggesting this for one year!link (http://www.ambrosia-servers.eu/community/index.php?topic=15614.0) and thanx to todo yeah, ambro finally have the server.
Issue.
I was ambitious to take the control and participate in helping todo to develop a server in a place where CC would have no control over me. As einstein managing samp, header managing minecraft, tony JB than todo is controlling HIS csgo. Dontodo asked me to come along, but wait, something happen, and I can guess who played the major role in removing me from mod of csgo board. I have experience and been pushing this for a long time. I have todo and the people support, but then there is CC and his friends who are saying - NOOO lets forget a guy who could help with not only with the posting a topics but also many more. Is it professional? I suggest CC to resign, then he could criticize how much he would want just like I did.
Question:
Is recent CC actions and posts done a good image to ambrosia? Is the threatened and resigned people done any harm to ambrosia? [look leavers section] or is it just CC with his friends in histaff back him up. Is it just CC who cant take any criticism, and I assume header as well. At least I do an open discussion, what about you guys?
***As this is genuine UC report I wish to this be locked or modified only by a higher rank. If only discussion will elaborate in a polite and respectable way. If you cant take any sarcasm or criticism - stay away.***
Please feel free to express your thoughts. I know that Im not the only one who is unhappy with CC as UC.
I care what happens here as just we lost a few good old ambrosians and more to come if this will continue. I have always stranded my ground and I do it now. I have been a fair player and honest about anything that happened in ambrosia. We are a bunch of gamers who are hanging out in the servers, mixs and forums. We are the creators of life here. We are managed by the staff that knows their duties, but since the demo takeover looks more its more about the friendship and money, not the professionalism. Yes CC is a coder, but from now on I disbelieve that he can be something more just a coder. By giving him a warning rights and rights to decide on the general matter is no good anymore. Thats why many people when they got power are stoned to death as they are not anymore who they used to be. He is a good friend and good coder, but not suitable for taking a part of decision over ambrosia.
p.s. Just ask a question - do will CC stay in ambrosia if resigned/demoted? Who is the real ambrosian here?

Please consider CC as one of the threats to the peaceful community. 1 engineer is worth than 1000 lives? You are wrong.

As the time goes people change, this isnt the CC that I rememberd and shared songs with, we were good friends but after he changed and he got more "free" since everyone is protecting him those last times and I dont know why. Or you change cc or people will start hating you more and more, and whats the point about being UC if everyone hates you?
And some people relly should stop licking cca ass :).

By the time going, I have noticed that almost everyone who has been promoted have changed. They started to act like god's and doesn't give a shit about normal members. It is true that whenever some1 gets higher rank, they change. They start acting like bosses.

I'm with thEnd on this one. I don't like his arrogant behaviour that creates this toxic feeling around the community and since Demolition merged, this community had gone with some changes etc but it has gone down even deeper quite recently.
You can behave like a total di*k sometimes but acting like it all the time will get you nowhere.

I can see where the beef is. Just to note - You were not removed from CSGO board because of CC. It is a far more complicated than you think and if I know something then CC wasn't playing any role there. Because you have a beef with him on several occasions doesn't mean that it is on everything you do that he will try to get you demoted/banned.

CC is (as Staff member) just way too arrogant and "higher grounds" than normal Ambrosians. I don't know any other Staff member who acts like this. And his excuse for his behaviour is that "This the way I am and if you don't like it => LEAVE."
Of course there are lots of difficult cases. But the truth is CC can easily critize other ambrosians, but help god if someone critize him. It will end moderation lvl +30 ;D. After CC abused his moderation rights , Raven fixed new Forum moderation Rules.
And proof for moderation LVL, you can see who warned me without reason last time. There it reads loud and Clear - Card Flasher. I am spy.

Cant agree more, hes playing an angel towarda the people who he's good with and plays the devil against people who he doesnt know/like and this started happening after his promotion to UC.

I would like to know what really happened about that CS GO server, I do not get along with Theend on forums we always disagree and even argue, but even I suggested to Todo to involve him in CS:GO servers, even though I am not crazy about his attitude at times. I do not get why if Todo was paying with his own money did he not have a rights to give the end position? I do not see The end doing some unforgivable mistakes in the past, yeah he is little full in your face etc... but I did think he deserved a chance especially because he was really rooting for CS:GO coming to Ambrosia. As for Todo I know he was quite disappointed and (I hope no one will take it personally) for me Todo is as hard working and helpful as Speckbinder was, he is always available for help and always working hard for Ambrosia.
As for Wheezy resigning I am pretty sure he told me it was cause 1.6 looked like tetris now and he has been playing less and less.
You got to realise guys that we are all humans and sometimes we can not be objective as much as we try, I do not think it's a reason to ask CC to be demoted, he got some issues in his personal life, he has been little inactive as for his attitude no one is an angel here, but I will be honest sometimes CC does take critique as a personal attack and he does make rush decisions but I think he is doing a great job. I really don't know what to say except that you two don't get a long, but without you two Ambrosia would be less fun.

I still remember when i had rights in servers CC was so kind towards me.Guess what.When i lost my rights i was like an unknown person for him.He acts like boss forum/servers just because he has the title.Well nope dude.3 Years already i saw many UC passing but hell yeah all of the was ready to help have a talk with you and always being friendly even towards a new member that has no reputation at all.Being a D*** just because you have the damn rank doesnt make you cool.
Lost already many members and i do believe more will come soon if no actions taken.
There is only one way to avoid all this chaos in ambrosia.

I'm not saying that coding that cc does is bad. I'm not saying that ambrosia is bad.

I'm saying that cc just can't continue be a major decision maker as he recently were "we, we we (meaning the realm of ambrosia?)"
Let him do coding. Make a new coder rank. Just this warning spree on me and other cc criticisers must stop.
Demotion I see as the last possible way to cease cc activities as on the previous warnings he didn't respond.
Regarding me- yea I've done a couple of word fights with some of members, but they all ended politely. I stand my ground as gentleman who is avoiding to rage. I accept my member rank as possibility to speak out about the things I don't like.
I understand the staff team that works as team. That was the reason of my stepping down to an ordinary member level because as a team reporting another member is really bad for the whole team and community. My working in a team with cc was impossible as I've seen a potential threat to the whole team.
Other word fights that I have had with Sami, popeye, fragment and Shane always ended peacefully as I always try to respect others opinions.
In this case cc haven't shown any respect and all the time trying to turn this as a joke, that I'm not worth of listening or considering. That's low. That's why I say double face. Ex friendship turned to a request of removal. And in public. -.-

Well guys, i have a history with card before ... And i know that his rank changed him a lot...
He was a good friend when he first to came to ambrosia.. not arrogant nor rude.
Since he became moderator, he started looking down to people, then the UC rank made him look so down to people that he started to feel they are trash to him..
I do agree with every word thend and fragment said here... but demoting him is not a solution.
His attitude is actually shitty to some of the people, but as Spaff said, he's sometimes a good person that respects him.
But i actually never seen card respecting someone new to ambrosia. He only respects higher or equal ranks to him.
The solution should be for Card to learn how to respect others because he's not better than them.
Typical lebanese is arrogant and rude like card, but some lebaneses learn how to control their attitudes (example: sniper, jowy, proto, m-16, ...)
Razzi, terra and wheezy are right to resign because i have seen how card treats them here...
I'm sorry for saying this Card but you are not qualified for your rank.
You are universe creator material with your ability of fixing the servers, but you are still not qualified enough for having that rank because of your attitude and hate. You should be neutral. Well not neutral enough like "Raven" ! but neutral enough like header or tony.

I don't know how active he was or all he has done for community as I was away, since becoming HAA (btw CC nominated me) I have seen him less and less, but that does not mean his achievements should be forgotten. I really can not be that objective here as I will admit I like CC and I know his moods and such, but again I really don;t believe he should resign or be demoted, he may have some shortcomings but so do we all. As for changing after the Higher position, yes many of us do, you know why? we got more responsibilities, more work and certain things are expected from us so damn right we change.

Im rather new to Ambrosia, and only ranked as an Admin in the Public server. Yet, to be honest, I get along with CC. I've play quite a lot of JB recently, and he's never been a d*ck to me. Yes, he does diss sometimes as a joke, it is his way of joking around and having fun, but when he does so, I tend to do the same to him. And guess what - he doesn't get offended when you joke around and jokingly diss or insult him, because he's not super sensitive. I'd like nothing more than to see all this nonsense aggression and violence here to stop. I'm new, I love this place, I don't want to see it going to heck.
I think everyone needs to take a chill pill, maybe take a day off from the computer, go in the wilderness maybe, clear your heads.

We know that and condolences are his side..
But this has been way before that happened....There are many people who has complained about his behaviour in past..But as seems he can do what he want. I dont actually care because I aint keen on CS 1.6

Let it go, this shit isn't going anywhere. It's the same as banging your head against the wall repeately.
All of you guys are above this whole issue. Doesn't matter how many times you exposed situations where staff members were misbehaving. They will always get away with it because most of the staff doesn't care. In other words, they don't give a shit. So you guys do the same.
Wait for me to get my hands on csgo and I kick your ass :D

only 1 thing: when u become higher rank u need change ur character a bit. i agree that before CardC get UC rank i used to chat and joke a lot with him. and now we almost dont share a single word. but everybody has their own issues in real life, and he has being working hard on servers
maybe he changed his mod ¿?¿ ofc, when u got a high rank here a lot of ppl wanna become ur friend suddenly, so u must choose wisely ur words
also about strict, in the past i was in charge of 4 ppl working as barman in a restaurant (i was between the 2 bosses and the rest of barmen)). im the most friendly, joker, troller, funny guy ever (specially working, coz if work is hard enough, if u are in bad mood u can blow ur mind). during the work time i was serious, kinda strict, and very little jokes...... but when work ends, we went together get drunk or high or whatever. with this i mean that when u got some rank or u are in charge of some ppl (in Ambro´s case u are in charge of the community, server, staff....), u must be serious for ppl respect u (and im saying serious or strict, NOT dictatorship)

Same opinion. CC is a good guy. We sweared at each other on teamspeak when we used to play l4d2. He doesnt get offended , nor do i. Tony and him start trolling me sometimes on ts3 , but i dont get offended. I think you should take in consideration that he had a loss few days ago , and his attitude will change 180 degrees. He's passing throughout tough and bad days. He may overeact in some cases now as he's always high tempered after what happened to him. Im not saying that he doesnt sometimes act arrogant towards low/non ranked members , but he doesnt get on along on the same wave with everyone. He has to be strict to maintain problems. Every high ranked member has to be strict here. Because everyone will try to win his friendship , i mean by everyone every low/non ranked member. Its obvious , thats life. (Burzum posted that before i do :( )No matter if it was real or virtual life. And its not bad if he sarcasted anyone sometimes. (He might be over-strict sometimes but its not that 'damaging' and 'toxical' for ambrosia.)

I know card clasher since 3 years i guess.From lebanese server hes nice guy and hes really nice and ofcrs whenever some1 gets higher rank he should change his character/be more strict with the rules.And he has some real life problems which u all know thats why he changed a bit since he isnt in the mood u knw.

The thing is that CC doesn't take this seriously enough to actually talk it down privately. He's still arrogant when someone point bad things about him and doesn't understand that this stupid cockiness of his needs to stop else everyone will leave, eventually. Those that sit all day long with him on TS3 will probably remain.
Bringing in that last event that happend to him isn't going to change everything. Just as thEnd said, there were people already pissed about him before yet everyone remained silent because we all know what would happen (getting shat and pissed on.)
thEnd and I already talked about him ages ago and I knew that this report was coming yet I wasn't assured when exactly. I'm guessing thEnd got what he wanted to create such report and I'm hoping that this guy will be removed however I know for a fact that all is going to happen will be a quick talk about his manners, act nice for couple of days/weeks and then come back to his original identity.
P.S I don't know why would you be sharing such "private" issues with the rest of the community but then please, don't use it as an excuse of your long-term shit behaviour.

Pardon me? I have never ever, in a single moment, changed my viewpoint onto things. I always was the humble, but truth-telling guy who knows how to recieve critcism and tries to work off on it to mine and community's benefits. I never shaped into somebody, who doesn't listen to opinion of members. In fact, if there was a giant uproar, you could always see me trying to come up with a solution. I never changed my face and behaviour, although I went through all sorts of power shifts, from normal member - to admin - to FM - to HA - (back to FM) - to UC - C.Leader. I currently posses the same powers as Emperors with exception they can demote me but I can't demote them, yet I still try to keep it fair and square, with no signs of cockyness. I've always tried to stay the same and be who I am. Also, a bit sillier example, but all of the emperors behave the same. I know technically they didn't get a higher rank through time but you get my point.
I won't comment on this thread any further, at the very moment, because I currently am healing from bacterial infection and am too exhausted to try to come up with something reasonable. Just wanted to say, I dunno what people see... I always stayed true to my nature, so did many others, what is your point then?
I promise I will try to put an end onto all of this mess that has been going through here while I was inactive/gone due to illness, so once my fevers calms down, hopefuly we can finally solve this situation :)

I kinda started knowing CC after he got his rank and started to play in JB
To be honest , hes just too busy trolling/having fun in the server rather than administrating it , as far as i remember
People were talking arabic (including him) and no action was taken , i told the admins in admin chat to do some actions , nobody replied
he told me to stop spamming admin chat , i told him im kasabi he said i dont care stop spamming or i will ban you , thats just rude to me

Hello. By sami`s initiative there was a discussion with participating persons - cc and raven.
An outcome that I understand:
CC is having a hard time and understands his overreacting actions towards me and other members. As this was upcoming fight between me and cc for more than 3 months it was eventually a bad time to come to this. CC and me have made an agreement that we both had stubborn side comments on each others direction and that was wrong. The time goes on and people will forget this as they did before.
I hope that CC will take a notes from the other guys who have posted here about the things that they dont like. Tony already done a topic about "an opinion" towards him. Good efforts. My fight was nothing but just hitting a keyboard. The facts were not false however we can live over that.
The outcome that CC understand:
Removed my warning ;D and also fingers crossed we will see him more nicer once he will recover from his loss. R.I.P. We all are a human beings. I had a word fights not only with CC but also recently with popay. These things happens when 2 members cant get along and settle their differences in a private. I call to everybody who is currently having an issue with CC or any other histaff member to go in ts3 or steam to settle down. Its easy as 123. Just be a mature calm and smart - the real ambrosian.
I ask for staff to solve this as we both have settled down and promised to behave and give candies to each other.
Also I suggest this to everyone else.

Sorry for posting but I can't stand this/
I still remember when i had rights in servers CC was so kind towards me.Guess what.When i lost my rights i was like an unknown person for him.He acts like boss forum/servers just because he has the title.Well nope dude.3 Years already i saw many UC passing but hell yeah all of the was ready to help have a talk with you and always being friendly even towards a new member that has no reputation at all.Being a D*** just because you have the damn rank doesnt make you cool.
Lost already many members and i do believe more will come soon if no actions taken.
There is only one way to avoid all this chaos in ambrosia.
You know what to do ;)

P.S: If you dont have a different colour than yellow/blue dont expect relationships with CC.
Now you're wrong, me and Card get along really good, he trolls me I troll him. If you're nice to Card he is nice to you, he doesn't give a shit if you have a rank or not. Fabby, he is "yellow" and they also have a "relationship". Its not all about ranks, some cases it is but not all of it. Once you get to know Card then you'd completely change your opinion about him.
I know this hasn't really got anything to do with the report but I just couldn't stand that.

I think there is no need to try to farther diminish CC. As Theend said the have reached some kind of agreement. CC has just experienced a huge loss and no need to add some extra stress. What happened here was a normal case of the clash of two strong personalities. As for being friends I don;t know if we are considered friends, but I like the guy and also know that he is young and has a hot blood and can make mistakes like most of you can. Nothing in his actions demands his demotion or resignation and please don;t forget things h has done too, don't only concentrate on the bad stuff.

Terrabon there's no need to make assumptions that nothing will change. In my eyes you are all quick to run away from a problem instead or dealing/facing the problem. This is a really important aspect of life that will prepare you for the working world in a few years time. If you think this is bad wait until you get a job. We are probably dealing with it now because a report has been made and all this drama created. Do you not realise we don't play JB so we don't know what happens in that server 95% of the time. We are not magicians so don't expect us to know everything going on.

Ezza, correction this was nothing to do with JB. Please, for the sake of the server, not everything bad is coming out of it.
Also terra I explained yesterday why these things are happening and I said that it's your head on your shoulders and I will not try to stop you to leave neither this is being dealt with because few members decided to leave. No not at all, there were 2 reports, people got involved and also got upset and it has reached the end point. By leaving you won't solve problems.
