I liked runescape because of the simple combat system,click and wait until it dies,now you can shove a lighting bolt up someones ass do some tornado attacks spam the abilitys there just too much on your screen

and I'm aware of the legacy options it's just the community is divided into two.

As i said o-o Old School is Runescape back in 2007, You've also got a mode in Rs3 where you can play " legacy mode "

Its the Runescape from 2011/2012 ( Pre-EOC ) And you can hop on Legacy only worlds, If you wish to play it like that

What used to take atleast a month of skilling takes now like 2 weeks to get. It is so easy now to get 99's.

Think it took me like four/Five days for 99 Magic & Defence, AFK-ing at Abbyss..

It indeed was. It was a real achievement. Now nothing is really a achievement. Every couple minutes u see a new 99 or 50m xp or whatever

Its kinda like.. Still an achievement for the new people that joined Runescape after 2012

Before that, Its more of an accomplishment than an Achievement
Comp cape these days, Is an achievement.
So is 200m exp in any skill..
Boss Pets is an achievement
Boss Title Is an achievement

Now there are just more difficult achievements than 99 c:

RuneScape will never die for me, I play it from time to time, EoC isn't that bad after couple tweaks.

Also, 99 isn't an achievement? Good luck on 99 agility & divination.

99 are indeed not a big achievement. Of course some take time to get but with not only sof and for agility the multiple ways to boost xp it makes it freaking easy. Pre eoc everything costed more time then now.

Divination is like 10k xp/hour >.> ..

99 Agility, Even so 120 Agility i gotta say is an fuckin huge achievement.. xD

Divination is .. Its less " Harder " Than Agility due to the fact theres more to do. and you can make stuff out of it

But in my case, Good luck paying for 120 Prayer.. ._.

I would say divination is harder, since agility there's that priffandas course, and silverhawk boots

And for divination, You've can create Exp Boosts, Divination outfit & Divination Extra's to give extra hp

For all you guys wondering if 99's are useless or take no time at all i'd like to disagree.

Str/attack pre eoc you could get 120k-180k xp per hour nowadays it's around 240k.

Most skills are around 140k xp so there isn't a huge difference to be honest.

I got 99 cooking before the cook all option was available, putting ever fish to the stove in catherby was the best XP you could get now!
