Suggestion in server

Name: Rules. Every Special Mod server has important rules, as Jailbreak. And if you  Join JB you will see 10 Rules listed. How about adding that in other server too? Some important rules. Its very helpfull for newbies that randomly join. And we have a reason more to punish them if they say we didnt know that. Or add a plugin called /rules then this window appears with the rules. And write it every 4 min in green or something.

I agree with you, example in basebuilder: if you warn people or tell them some rules while they are building.. they wont see what u wrote! so I think you should show them the rules when they join each server.
At the end players blame admins.
