UNPARKING CPU CORES
Unparking CPU Cores is simply bringing out the maximum power of every single core in your processor.
Advantages: Higher FPS (Smoother Gaming) + Maximum performance for all programs
Disadvantages: More energy of the PC/Laptop will be used
Steps :
1.Download UnparkCPU from the following link:
www.coderbag.com/programming-c/disable-cpu-core-parking-utility < COPY AND PASTE TO OPEN
2.Unzip the Winrar and move the file "Unpark-CPU-App" to any place you like.
3.Open the file and Run "UnparkCPU" as administrator.
4.
5.
6.
7.
8.Wait till it says that theyre all Unparked
9.Close the program
10.Press windows button + R to Run and type Regedit OR Type Regedit in the start menu
11.Go to the top left corner and press edit>find>type 0cc5b647-c1df-4637-891a-dec35c318583
12.In the folder you searched for you will find 2 REG_DWORD named ValueMax & ValueMin
13.Make sure the value data is 0 otherwise the program didnt work for you which means it is not suitable for you

14.Reboot Your PC/Laptop

ENJOY :)

No1 will say anything unless it is for commercial use (in this case they will probably chop off your bones and sell to peoples as flour in order to compensate their earnings)

This could actually worsen the cpu lifespan by 70% if you overload their failsafe performance, and likely in a power outage the cpu will burn out.

It is not safe in all cases.. there are reason manufacturers put a limit to these things like unparking, over-clocking

The least that could happen is over-heating of your machine

This improved the performance of Battle Field 4 which really surprised me .. so it can easily improve the performance of games like counter strike .. and all people who had tried it .. they posted on youtube that it worked well for them and that its safe .. and guys this is for the people who really need more performance so if you already have high fps and stuff like that than no need becuz high performance + even more high performance is dangerous just like you said so i simply recommend that you use this is if your pc's performance is not that good CHILL GUYS :)

the worse that can happen is this

but depends on your cooling system.

like i said if your not killing you pc and u dont open too much programs and still get low performance then unparking cpu cores is the perfect solution .. if you have a good pc then it is not important to do this step becuz it might be dangerous but i shared this for people that have bad performance when they open 1 program or 2 unlike people who open 10 programs and their performance is perfect.. these people dont need to do this at all becuz like i said it might be dangerous.. Just to let you know i learned this from this guy https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPKbW1excf-E7Tmwom1AgkQ and he has a badass pc .. HE UNPARKED HIS CPU CORES AND HE IS STILL POSTING VIDEOS so if your afraid this guy tried it and look what he said : "I noticed that this made slight differences playing other games. However in CS:GO it only fixes a couple small stuttering issues that I have been having, especially when I'm in a duel against another player. Hope it works good for you! PS: Unparking won't damage or degrade your CPU in any way. Maybe it will increase the temperature but it will not damage your system." so if your afraid that the temperature of your pc will increase ... like you said it depends on your cooling system and i dont think you blow in your cpu case to cool it down : P .. some people in this guy's videos commented that they restart their pc and it is parked again which means their pc wont handle it so dont worry your pc wont kill itself by itself anyways if your that scared though i gave you too many facts then .. its ok man .. im not ordering anyone to do this  :-* OH AND MAKE SURE YOU DONT DO THIS ON YOUR LAPTOP SINCE A LAPTOP IS ALWAYS HEATED UP
IF YOU ALREADY UNPARKED THEM AND YOUR WORRIED YOU CAN PARK THEM ALL AGAIN WITH THE SAME PROGRAM MY FRIENDS

Im pretty sure nothong will explode, you will probably have BSOD. And yes, if your fans rpm is low when you play games, then unparking is safe. I might try this in my old pc tho :D
