This would be lovely and all if you had some kind of decisive "collective accepted supplements" called evidence.
Otherwise the case will be conducted by the logs or closed right away.
Anyway, by assuming what you say is true here, I represent this position:
A guy that is in the vent on a freeday is killed if he was aiming or attacking a ct from the vent, no matter what kind of damage source.
Or in a different situation it was a mistake in which he gave the guy a freeday. We don't know if he did or didn't but we are shooting guesses at this point.
You got transferred back and accused of knowledge lack on the rules, there could be a couple of factors why(I will be mentioning the obvious ones):
1. You frequently conducted more mistakes than buck did. Therefore Buck's patience stopped after you conducted the freekill in which he decided you made more harm than good for the ct team.
2. You started a argument that lead you losing and not fortifying your standpoint enough so Buck could accept defeat in the dialog.
The Term "Power Hungry" is wrongly used here, Mister... Power Hunger is a negative characteristic for people that use pathetic methods to acquire positions or authority, the correct term would be "ranker", or trigger-happy. And yes a score can indicate something like this, but we don't know how many people were in the server at the time of your "misfortune" to allocate the plausibility of somebody doing lame commands or days just to get kills and rank. Usually if this happened with less than 12 people, that can be materialized as evidence and help your cause.
I failed to comprehend your sentence of the "threat definition", can you run it through me again?
Now as I see that a emotional parting of the topic is made, I would oppose the same with my emotional attachment:
I've played in about 20 jailbreaks with different varieties of rulesets and collective accepted concepts, arranging in games: Gmod, CSS, CSGO, CS 1.6, TF2... And I've seen bad and good administrators/staff/players, that's the diversity of a server. Striker and buck are encouraged to support together for teamwork purposes as enumerated in administrator rules. If a administrator is to turn rouge, he is vulnerable to demotion and suspension accordingly.
I've seen also younger people able to ask and revise problems with administrators or staff to avoid making "butthurt" topics because they can't adapt from one community to another.
