It would be a fifty fifty, because:
 If there is more than 20 players on the server, it will be so easy to kill, and so hard to make the game funny. Also it will lag since it's a small map.
 If there is few players, it will be both funny and enjoyable.

We never play small maps when there's 20 people lol. But the server is kinda dead the last few weeks so we play a lot of small maps.
