I'm Sorry for replying here since i have seen this before and didnt get the chance of writing the following thing, but i hope people will read it!
I have seen a bit of the reasons people are leaving for,
This community are made for three things, (Giving fun/Having Fun/Reaching the best Qualities) well the first too things are working well, but the third one is getting destroyed, why ? well everybody knows that communities should be made out of a team, ambrosia used to have this.
minds are getting changed each year, most of people around here now thinks that its only about rank even the people that was against this quote are now with it, i don't know what is exactly happening to ambro, i really didn't read everything over here, but im replying now to tell that ambrosia have lost the soul of working in a team, but still its not a reason to leave.
now tell me why people gets promoted ? to have those shiny stars? everybody thinks its easy and nice to be in a high-staff team, no its not, it takes most of ur life time to give what u are here for, it feels great to be a part of an amazing community, but you also should give back what you have from responsibilities, im sure most high staff left because of not getting appreciated for there work, and if this situation keep like this, im afraid most people will start following leavers as they are now doing it.
There are things that is happening in ambrosia as a secrets to keep ambrosia alive, no body knows what are hidden, next mentions high staff breaking rules and not getting punished, well im sure there is a reason why this happens, i don't believe emperors would realize someone is behaving bad and not doing anything, its not for their good though.
Sometimes when problems are found, people should work as a team to calm things down, but what happen is that some people start claiming all bad things and they create a war full of sad moments to effect who they hate to make him leave or so. No body have the right to say who deserve the rank and who doesn't apart of emperors. high staff was chosen to help over here, they should be thankful and do their work, i don't why some people like to interrupt others and create drama and wars while its not worth it, originally if drama and hate was found that means the working team is getting crumbled, which is not the good thing that some people think it is.
I have nothing more to say unless thanking bonbon for his time, and i would like to tell him that he was a best friend even more friendly then a real life friends, but then as i said minds changes seeking for ranks, well you know that i didn't ask for this happening, but i also not against it, if you feel getting stamped, know there are reasons for it.
To NexT my ex-best high staffer, i would like to thank you for your time doing taking care of DR and i hope you know what you are doing.
In conclusion i would like to mention that, this year changes have been made a lot, many rules/announcments have been made of people already left! i say to all people that are still sticking over here, to have hope, and to work together to have the team soul again !
