Looks like they suspended upload for free users , making it a feature only for premium users:

[error]Due to capacity issues, only premium users can upload at this time. Please try again later or upgrade to a paid plan.[/error]

Till upload becomes available again for free users , you can use soundcload:

Because in my field, only the strong will survive, yeah
And if you're as hard as steel, then you and I will collide, yeah
We gon' rush at each other like two rams fighting in the grass land, yeah!
And I'm a be the last man standing!

Good guide. I managed to add a song in my profile easily. Feel free to check it out. To all others - good luck in finding the song that best suits your music self representation.
