How about competitive style with some small changes?

mp_maxrounds 30
bot_kick
mp_warmup_end
mp_forcecamera 0
mp_freezetime 15
mp_roundtime 5

+Remove prime access, might get cheaters but more players as a start doesn't harm

The cvars I Can put. I already made it kinda comp like, although didnt I change the round time.
I was thinking about removing prime only in the start but havent done it yet. Nice suggestions, I’ll definitely add those
