Title: [JB:GO] Update Log

Most notable changes/updates will be listed here.

January 2019
-Installed prisoner Shop.
-Installed credit system.
-Implemented the Gang system.
-Fixed acceleration issues.
-Added soccer ball, fully addressed.
-Added snow effect for winter.
-Commands executed through chat(e.g. !admin) can now be also done with "/" as in CS 1.6.
-Installed mapchooser extended(including rtv and nominations).
-Replaced default guard and prisoner models.
-Added Roll The Dice(simple version).

-Several issues have been addressed.
