Just me got his first dd2 admin just a few days after me and saharazed back in 2011. It was the time when dd2 was worlds top server (fighting with st.petersburg and gold svs). No one bitched about his language back then.

Not saying that everyone gotta speak fluently. I just think that his English isn't that great, and therefore he shouldnt be admin. I might be wrong, but thats my opinion. Anyways, he've received a lot of +reps so It's up to silver to decide.
