No, this topic is not making fun of religion. The dude in question is only joking about a scientific formula (E = M*C^2). If you see people mocking religion in every topic that talks about science then sorry but the problem is not the topic but you.
And to prove you that the Science Board could be more beneficial than detrimental to the community, I just made an example of a topic that could be posted in there.

No, this topic is not making fun of religion. The dude in question is only joking about a scientific formula (E = M*C^2). If you see people mocking religion in every topic that talks about science then sorry but the problem is not the topic but you.

As soon as I opened the topic i noticed that it is making fun of religion and I am 100% sure every1 other than you and red wolf see it that way. the problem isnt me. its actually you. you are making a lot of conclusions that are false from the begging. and if you believe a gaming community would have benefits from a scientific board and actually post stuff that seem interesting and useful u are out of ur mind.

Dude, we (used to) post scientific videos 24/7. The main purpose of the board would not to post topics that explain a disease or whatsoever (even if that may occur from time to time), but to share scientific content and to discuss about it. If there are some arguments caused by that then the topic would be garbaged and the responsible member(s) warned.

What you don't understand (and that's sad) is that there is a difference between mocking a religion and having someone religious make a humoristic video. In this case, the man in question is just trying to disprove that E ain't MC^2 by a stupid explanation/demonstration.
But is this making fun of religion? No. Anyone open-minded enough would clearly see that the only purpose of the video is to make us laugh about the explanation/demonstration that is absurd. But nobody right in his mind would make fun of the religion because literally anyone from any religion (or non-religious at all) could have made a similar video and we would have laughed for a similar reason.
Religion has nothing to do in the context of this video, period. People don't laugh because of the religion. They laugh because of the explanation provided by the man on the video. But nobody would extrapolate.
So please, stop dramatising about everything. You just don't go making random claims without expecting a response from people who think otherwise, specially when you are speaking directly to them and cannot bother to provide a valid argument. If you cannot justify or don't want to get involved in a discussion then you just don't reply, simple as that.
