Why do you think you should become an admin?: I'm active, i can stay online most of the day as long there are people in the server, i like helping newer players as the rate of someone new joining our servers has significantly increased in the past week, finally i'm very patient, i never get pissed of if somebody needs my help or can't understand a specific rule he should be following.

You are a Good boy , Polite , Respectfull who has a good mic to Join ct team.
But i don't think you are ready for this cuz:
- u need to know better the rules of the server + community.
- u need to be more creative in ct side and try to use map games + success your days.
- Your english must be more devellopped.
But this dosn't mean you're not good all you need is more time so be patient Bro <3

I am giving my personal opinion, dont take it wrong, i am trying to give constructive criticism from what i think should be the correct way to do the things:
First point: Actually you use to flame a lot when you command as CT, by saying: stupid idiot, retard, idiot.. I know that you say it in a good way but you usually repeat it a lot so a way to improve this would be to not say many times these words directly or say it less
Second point: It is basically to get more experience or see how experienced CTs command as you usually take a lot of time to explain the game and then do the games, so i advice you to be quicker when doing it, because people (i include myself) suicide for the time you take
Third point: Try to not be so nervous when commanding, you -often- kill directly the prisoners instead of giving us a chance, like, if you see us a bit near of you, you just kill us when it could be that you are the one who is near, not us, just have on mind to not kill so quickly
With all this, you are still a good guy, you doesnt do anything bad as abuse when ct, flame when you are angry, not listen to others, etc, so BY NOW i will keep my support and wait 1-2 weeks to see how you develop yourself (even though i am a noob ct, and a regular skilled terrorist) and then i will post support/no support

Rules ? what are u talking about i've been playing here for 2 years now i'm following all the server rules that are listed in the "[JB]Rules" topic, give me one example were i broke a rule.
I use the map all the time but since you rebel i try to be more strict by playing minigames in the cage only, plus since when was succeeding in days has any thing to do with being an admin ?
and i only tend to fail on few maps that i personally hate like : beach and guetta and xmf
and why are u saying to every single admin that applies that his English needs to be developed ?
u didn't even type "must" or "developed" correctly and you are judging my English ?

I respect how you said your opinion mate.
Speaking on the first point, i often say "idiot" or "stupid" or any word like that to people that i really know all of these words are for joking purposes not anything personal, and if u listen carefully you will see even some of Ambrosia's Owners act the same way, so i don't see where is the issue there.
On the second point, yep i partially agree with you i need to get more experience as a CT and i'm trying too, and about taking a long time to explain games, this specific game you meant rarely someone plays it so it needs some explanation in case somebody is not familiar with it, a part from that i usually do simple/straight forward games that everyone gets and doesn't need a whole lot of explanation, so it was just that one time.
Finally, i don't really get nervous/angry and when i kill anyone instantly that is because i know that they will be trying to rebel at some other point if i didn't kill them now, you know there are some players who just like rebeling and not following orders, and i clarify that i won't be giving warning shots, so if i kill someone if they come near to me i have the rights to do it and that doesn't mean that i'm free killing, even the players i kill don't complain about me doing this.

Everyone is doing it, myself included. I say it to friends I know won't get butthurt and who know I'm obviously fucking JOKING.
Plus it's not meant as an insult so you have no reason to get offended unless you're like 10.
We won't say it to someone we don't know. Really don't get why you'd be upset by this.
Legit, you're a great guy, you're always there inviting people to join the server, trying your best to populate it and I really have nothing bad to say about you except you improving as a ct a little bit wouldn't hurt, you're really lacking creativity, but that's got nothing to do with you being an admin.
I support you and would love to see you as an admin.

I will not go deep and express my thoughts here, I value discretion and prefer to elaborate in private. Unfortunately, you are not ready yet. You first have to learn to take criticism(even if you find it incorrect) and patience. Last but not least, the claim that you have followed all rules the 2 years you have been here is incorrect, and the past will always count against any applicant. The server is still relatively new and you have yet to prove you are iLegit and not Amer. Keep up the effort, take this more responsibly and you can re-apply after some weeks. I believe you can do better.
