drama begins,
goodmorning
I was banned by your beautiful owner who cant even speak grade a english named navily.
reason? cockgobbler,it's because he doesn't even know how to use amx menu well,
the reason i was banned is  because i kept asking if this guy could read my text?,i keep typing in admin chat
and the reason i was doing it is because i was in a corner and trying to correct his english,he still yet killed me.
Then i start asking if he can see my texts,he yet proceeds to ignore the fact that i'm asking a question,if this is your owner who constantly tries to be edgy and thinks its not suitable to answer my question? i'm sorry this is going to abyss
considering the fact you consider "your sister is a mister" a offensive insult,and without any warnings or texts to tell me i need to stop?
nope, you decide its fair to ban someone instantly without reasoning or telling them to stop,i agree i know  what shit works here,but shit like this?you're telling me you cannot respond my messages?
i'm sorry if this is your owner you're never getting anywhere suitable with this
if you're telling me sarcasm doesn't exist and we wish our miserables life's to be always dead fucking serious? sorry
and even if you were in a bad mood,you're an owner, a high staff.
and this is a community where you reason with people and decide to execute them,you wish to ban someone without talking or anything?
 like atleast tell them to  read the rules or smth? nope
strictness is okay,but doesn't concern the fact you cannot ignore your members,i was repeatedly asking you a question and you kept ignoring,and without any warnings, you decide a sarcastic "sister mister or some lame ass shit" is a offensive insult?
i wish the best future for your community,i will visit a few times but i'll be busy most of my life
this has been my childhood,and now its in the hands of someone who cant even administrate well enough.
the only sensible people are the co owners or the owners like jake,roni,red wolf,ed and much more, i'd thank them for what they did for this beautiful community and what they contributed.
these were the people who'd never ignore a individuals message or atleast speak it through or a warning would be assured before an action.
however currently? this guy obviously feels he has the highest power thinking and making rest of em minions,while he plays dota or some pubg.

First of all the reason, I banned you wasn't because you said: "your sister is a mister".

you have been constantly harassing me if I can see your chat or not, and hence started offending.
And you have done this multiple times, I have tried to ignore you every time but you just kept on doing it.
Now that I have been commanding a few hours earlier today and was directly speaking to you while you were chatting and I was replying to you.
Obviously, you know that I can see your chat, but I'm not sure what are you trying to attain.
Furthermore, I have taken proof of your foul language toward me, you have been warned/banned numerous times in forum/game
Behaving like this won't get you anywhere.

Dave,

We all know you are a troll... tbh i like you but you often don't know your limits. Believe me if i say that if you wouldn't have made this post and just approached andrew or jake and apologized to navily then you would get unbanned. You are a nice guy who does not mean to hurt anyone and spreads alot of joy across the servers so it sucks to see you go.
Anyways  i wish you best of luck in your new community!

EDIT:  You are only banned for 8 hours.... what you on about?

idk the full story, but i give my opinion:

if u asking the same question all the time, and u get no answer, why do u insist ? if he doesnt answer maybe he is not in mood, or simply, he doesnt want to answer. no1 is forced to answer all the questions, everytime

a 8 hours ban is not a big deal, although, maybe a gag would be enough

I usually get tough warnings from Ambrosian staff even most of times they mute me or moderator my posts and that's equal to losing rights on forums.
Dave is really a good person and he understands every situation, is messing around. I think 8 hours is not a big deal, even once I got banned by Ron from all the servers, forums and teamspeak3 for just calling him an idiot but I never asked or complaint that why I had that ban because I knew that what I had done, just went straight to him for a apologize. You could do the same instead of leaving because everyone would think that you are running away. If you are right at your point then why don't you just make a complaint against him and make a separate topic? but you have managed both in this topic.

Some people need to re-read the rules. Roleplay is long gone, and yes, such behavior is harassment. This happens a lot in JB and there's always drama, for such old members I've always found it ridiculus to be the first ones to put oil in the fire. There has not been a single day dave or any other dave has tried to argue for the most ridiculus reasons and harass a staff member. Tried talking to him 100 times and I always receive "-rep" as a reply. I have so many -reps I may as well uninstall now.

P.S. Such stuff can also be resolved privately. Like Kiwi said, we could have a chat, as always, but you chose this way. Best of luck.

I won't even bother, if I were biased you'd be permanently banned and I'd be demoted long ago. If me trying to approach you in private instead of always taking public sides and action is being biased, then you are too young to have experienced what bias is.

It is an unstructured rant rather than a well thought out reasoning. Not much to read, when half of it is random train of thought with insults thrown around.  ::)

this is a rant to explain how much your owner has  a highest power thinking

The logs we've seen & read through the last couple of days prior to this justifies this 8 hour ban...
Dave was not just banned because of addressing navilys mother~ There is a heap more unfortunately ( Most of them just joking around ofcourse.  i think )

Well well well Dave,

I would like to add something here, sometimes you actually stay in your positions, you say that you changed and i am glad but some of you its still there i know you can be annoying i know you think that you joke but you actually have to chose the people wisely before joking with them i joke with people i know not with the people i barely know.

Anyway i am glad you are not leaving for this and that you are leaving for your life i wish you good luck in your plans i am glad you were part of this community.
