I'm just gonna say that I always see you speak arabic in the server.

If you mean saying some Arab words here and there while commanding then you are right. But i wouldn’t be the only one who do so. (I’m talking about high staff)
And for your second point i don’t really get your logic. I just want to enjoy my game and make sure other people does when I am playing and let me draw your attention to the timezone in my application.

I see some people do this every now and then, and all I have to say is "don't do this". High Staff are there for a reason and they know certain things more, and if they mess up they certainly get warned under the table. Do not use them as an example and take responsibility for your actions, it will make you look even better.

you shouldn't compare yourself with others in general, either you're fit for staff or not, there isn't a arithmetic scale on which someone can place you

Indeed, but you(generally) know better when it comes to a staff member who follows everything as a professional and may joke sometimes than comparing them to a member who has yet to prove they are fit for the position, that is what I am saying.
