How's it going ambrosia?
Hopefully most know who i am, my time with ambrosia starts in 2011-2012. Not to mention the countless communities i have been, ugh.
Tough years, ambrosia still not closed somehow, suprisingly.
This might not be an introduction topic, i'm not re joining the community or something, no time. I just got nostalgic.
I might rather have an interesting offer to anyone who owns the community at the moment[seems a little bit messed up, right?].
I'm willing to buy Ambrosia as a sign of respect to all good memories i have had here and to all of the oldies i still not have forgotten. Forums and servers entirely will be closed, however the website will be up, probably might put some screenshots and videos around, who knows.

The problem for Ambrosia has always being that people wants to get rank position. Then when work is needed to be done..those guys dissappear.
I always found it funny when people come here to be smart ass after. All you have opportunity to make Ambrosia better. Some of us just has stopped gaming. The ones still play has chance to do something rather than writing bullshit.

That is the reason hope is lost. Hundreds of members, empty servers, we are all coming here just to be smartasses and hope we receive something. That's why we never moved forward.

It is actually one of the few cases Ramba's sentence actually does make sense (love ya ramba no hate <3).
I do believe however that communities are not really a thing anymore, at least not as much as they used to be. And for the new ones that believe a full dd2 or csgo 1v1 are a sign Ambrosia is still doing great, you should've been here 5 years ago, this would be a snack for ya.
Activity however can be increased but only to a point, I do not think it can go very far from here. Plus, it is always better to go down with dignity and be remembered for your good moments, than go down because you really have no choice. Just my opinion, though.

I haven't joined, nor do i care about ambrosia anymore, like i said before it's more as a nostalgie and keep the website up with some old photos/videos/chats/ss or whatsoever. If bought. I have absolutely zero interests in buying this as it does not get me any profit, please fucking make a logic to what you say.

Ambrosia has been dying slowly since 2012-2013, but in my opinion if this community tries games such as garrys mod (with darkrp, murder, hide n seek, etc) with a zombie escape csgo server as example, it may works i dont know if for a while, if it would actually be a complete failure or if it would work but well, what about a last try instead of just joining here and see how it sinks to the bottom of the ocean? I may say it as darky for nostalgia or i dont know but it depends on the team if they want to work and on red wolf, if not, just do as darky said, keep the forum opened and close the servers, at least you would have the forum to join from time to time to remember the old gold times

whoever just replied in this topic ask yourself a question about ,who volunteers such events,and then ye we have a gather up for some time but then? next day gone,
gather ups work? no,people don't come,they talk from somewhere saying demotivating shit like 'Oh the server is dead and all lemme give you some advice even though it's fucking useless cause i'm not helping ,i just talk from the back but never visit the actual gameplay.
but it wont bring new players or anyone sensible to take our place when we're gone.
None of you wish to volunteer,i see more than 40 people online everyday just to check the forums and reply to stuff.
Why i say you come only to the forums?oh wait,real life stuff.Ofcourse we all need entertainment but we need money as well ,talking about jb we can with just play with 5 people or less than 10.
I wish jailbreak wasn't removed and stayed up for those who wished to just relive the fun times we used to have and it was an icon of the community.Right now people got school and stuff so no one has concerns of these stuff
plus it seems you all just seem to please yourself instead of looking to move forward with something new and getting new players.
think of something that either pleasing yourself and just let the cycle decide its fate that us 5 people will play with each other and so far boom,community dead OR inviting players so you can continue the community for the next generation.

You either have to work harder/smarter on the community's activity or give it to one who's willing to. That's just how we felt when Ron was closing it in 48 hours, not to mention he worked a lot more on it. Yet we felt like it was a selfish decision.
I'd rather have it taken down by Ron knowing it might come back one day in x years rather than sell it to darki's museum lol.
I know you're trying guys and it's not easy on you, but selling it isn't ones decision. I know you can find better solutions if you're willing to get rid of this responsibility.
I don't mean to offend anyone. Just don't sell it lol.

haven't bought or paid shit for any other community, if i was staff / high staff / owner was primarly because of friendship i had with their owners
