Other:    My config is read-me only. My rates are standard CS rates. Server constantly kicks me after 1-2 minutes, why? Note, I use Steam.

After reading the subject  I was hoping you were banned by an admin

Wouldn't give them the satisfaction  ;)

Any ideas as to why I keep getting kicked and temp banned?

@TjaardA? I've seen a couple of players getting the same results, but what causes it exactly I don't know yet.

autoexec cfg that keep changing the rates that have been send by server , that how i ve understand it

but it is about ur cl_updatrate+cmdrate and rate  values.

Server techs would be able to provide better info
Try removing  "read-only" from your cfg.
Server might be trying to force some settings causing this conflict

That could be it - my config is read only so the servers cannot tamper with it. Nothing special inside otherwise  ::)
