Loads of PR bullshit, with vague answer about how they're improving everything but not mentioning anything specifically.
Also Casey Neistat's voice puts me to sleep.

But I mean that's what you can get. He probably was under strict guidelines as to what to say and what not to say and had the answer pre-palnned.

Agreed, but i do feel like there is some stuff that he is saying that he is really genuine about.
But ofcourse, its a multibillion company. If he is gonna say something that can damage the company they are in some deep shit.

If he says sth that can damage the company you wouldnt be watching the video on youtube.
And yeah, i share a similar, if not the same, opinion. Most of what he says is what we already know from 2 lines of tweets. I didnt even bother watching the video past 7. Even the questions were better than the answers.

Wouldn't really be expecting honest answers from anyone in YouTube to be honest, it's all bullshit he was told exactly what to say with specific limitations to what he can say off topic
