Yes, however there are skins that have crosshairs for awp and scout. These aren't allowed.

Well there are legal ones and I see no changes in my game . I'm using them becouse for me it looks more better nothing more. Honestly awp skin bit anoying it feels it's to heavy and I'm to slow original one faster and more comfortable. I have changed becouse I'm tyred from the same look off cs 1.6 . And I think non steam sc 1.6 is all modificated.

If there some problems with this skins I will delate it's easy I'm just saying for long time what I'm playing cs 1.6 need some change for me it's 12 years gon playing this game. All looking the same

try understand the rule x)) . you can change weapon skins as you want
Just changing team skins ct or terro to ESL models or a skin that give u advatange .

Lol poxy, I understand all the rules and also why there were added as well. The rule is stated generalising all modifications to models. I know he wouldn't use it as an advantage but as an admin opposing the rules then sharing it with others on forums. I'd ask the ones in charge to update the rule before doing that, but that's just me.

You can change the skin of weapons, but you can't add cross to Awp's and Scout's as you can't have Red/Blue skins for both CT and TS teams.
