If he's using SteamID changer we might be banning innocent players. I suggest contacting someone from the high staff to ban his IP since we can't see IP's on AMXBans...
EDIT: Btw Ninja you have access to the logs as well.

I checked the logs he had the same steam ID :D
I have his IP, I added the ban on his IP and SteamID again, but it doesn't show up in the ban list that I banned him because his previous ban by you is still active. How can I make sure if the IP ban by me has been applied?

I don't really know how, but just keep him banned if possible with his new ID.

I banned his steamID and IP, but since his ban isn't expired, I can't see if my ban is applied. I think AMXBans don't count bans on an active banned SteamID.

are you talking about the guy you asked me to bban or this one? because the other one got his ip banned too.
