According to the banlist, you aren't banned, close steam and try to connect again!
 I was there too and I was playing with you and no one banned you.

Theres nothing visible on https://www.ambrosia-servers.com/amxbans/ban_list.php

Is it possible an admin with rcon access banned him?

Could be caused from the outside though or it's a bug.

This bans are made by consol and it is Tajarda and we can see others ban on Sober and A1mer the Admin i dont know is him.

and the bans  are not listed on banlist it is an rcon ban , Consol server.

Well, not really.  If you ban anyone using amx_addban, the ban will also not be shown in the banlist. Normal admins can do that too.  However, I believe it's @TjaardA since I informed all admins to ban using amxmodmenu, and only use amx_addban on banevaders.

If it says server operator in the message then it's a console ban.

@Ed @TjaardA that is up to you, no evidence has been provided yet.
