sup everyone, what about adding back the deathrun server as a new fresh server.
tell me what u think and what u like to have in the server.

Yeah, deathrun server would be lit.
I would suggest adding LJ stats and make it 100aa
I beg do not add auto bhop. THAT IS DEAD.
apart from that, dr server would be great just saying :)

I don't see CW server being used, so why not turn that server into dr? probably would save money rather than making another server and paying shit for it...

Not to mention, you can never rely for people from community to fill your server. It's a no go.

well better Speedrun + autobhop + radio plugin and allow mic . if we run it as jailbreak the server would never be empty check the nd speedrun even 3-4 mornning 6-10 players

Seen nD dr server? almost full most of the time(20/32 or more) and they don't have auto bunny hop... with Auto bunny hop it make it dead and plus unfair for people.
because some people can get high fps and kill the enemy quicker than the ones with low fps, whereas if theres no auto bunny hop it'll fair and give people the same amount of time to kill the enemy

Well old ambrosia's deathrun is what made me stick to the community as it was really fun and agreable to play in, would love to bring it back, maybe BonBon to manage it?

Every month players ask for a server and it's empty. Surf, bb, dr etc. As I've said before, if you still want a CS server in 2017 get a rarely used idea/mod that hasn't been tried here before(there are many mods out there) and we work on it altogether.
I'd honestly wanna move on to more CS:GO servers and other games tbh... Just my opinion though.

It doesn't matter really if you think about it. It's a community server, if a person can manage it and make it successful - its a great addition, if not, then it gets removed. We are not putting our resources into. We can make any game any server, but only if there's a person who wants to do it and be part of Ambrosia and manage it as being their responsibility. It all depends how serious the will is.

If anyone wants to help it cannot take him too long to dedicate some time, learn some things and try contribute.
I just think it's about time we moved on... there are lots of things we can try, with the right help and interest :)

In my opinion, Deathrun servers are kinda dead or dying and I don't support the idea because I have only seen bad deathrun servers. They lack the potential of growth.

It doesn't matter whether 1.6 or deathrun is dying or whatsoever.
As long as there is someone who is serious and motivated enough in order to create a deathrun server, to manage it and to fill it up with players (and making it successful) then it's fine.
But if there's noone willing to do this then we simply won't open it because we ain't going to put our resources into it.

I don't think they will open any cs 1.6 server unless someone wants to manage it ..like pringles said, i think they are focusing on cs go.

well since you all want a csgo server .
Why not open another DD2 only server but this time for csgo ? 8) and i think both 1.6 managers play csgo

we add knife plugin or ws maybe . and on casual most of them are bots

But then comes the trickier part..Founding someone who can manage the server which are not easy. Basically everyone can learn the manage server, just open the google and start learning.
I give you nice example...I launched the 1v1 server and now it is growing faster than the Bhop server..And you know what is the problem? I seriously have problems recruiting admins and there is tons of hackers which can be found in the smac reports.
Then I should found the right admins to manage them...Yes I am idiot for accepting some admins without further knowledge..
I am not complaining about the amount of work CS:GO brings and I like to manage them. But I should give people more responsible managing servers and teaching them how to. Then comes the part teaching which I dont have currently time..
Well I work every day 8-17.00 and then come home...To relax little bit and open steam..And the hell is loose. Ramba..Can u see this..thats broken..some admin is breaking rules..Can you fix that ? Can we had that pls? If I could get higher rank ramba?

2- WS is bannable,
3- First of all, no, they arent, at least I never saw more than 4 bots in a casual server, but even if there are, those bots would be converted to empty slots in a dd2 only server.
I'm not saying its a bad idea, but i'm saying that there are better ideas.

Bots = Not skilled players , since whene valve got a nice anti cheat ? :D haha i know bruh 8)

Well, either way, what you said applies to casual and dd2 only aswell.
Since dd2 got its own category now in casual, there is dd2 only by default in csgo.
There will be bots in both servers
The cheat system will be the same.
The only good thing will be admins, but is it worth? As i said I believe there are better alternatives to dd2.

True . i dont know better whene u play with admins no spam / no annoying mic users / no insulting .
lol forgot about zombie escape server? it is the most played mod on csgo and cs 1.6 as well there is a nice future in this area

well i was wondering why csgo community work or like do everything on steam? why we made a csgo corner that will be much better here ;)
Soon i get csgo i will learn about admin things . espicialy If there is a zombie escape i would do as much as possible because i love the mod

Yeah people love the mod..But not every community can run zombie server :D

But yeah, zombie escape requires a lot of resources, and if we dont have a playerbase in csgo, and a decent server, then it wouldnt be a good choice to host it with only a few players in it. Not to mention that it cannot be played while there is no1 in server (unlike surf or bhop). I myself play at 2 most popular zombie escape servers (not mentioning their names), and I find free slots there almost everytime, and I wouldnt bother trading a full server for an empty one.
But yeah, It is fun as hell, and probably worth a try if we meet the requirements.
