burzum made a very short demo like inexperienced newbies.
u smartass or what ¿? before u knew anything about CS i was already Head Admin in S*N. dont think that u can compare me with u only coz u got a rank. the only newbie here is u: ignoring reports, ranking and unbalancing the teams
before spread shit from ur useless mouth, try to know reasons. i was the only admin on server, dealing with 2 kiddos (like u) that were swearing and speaking in arabic all time, and more cheaters
maybe u need another VACation in ur new steam account, so u will put ur feet on Earth again.... idk what u think u are for call me anything. if u still hurt coz i kicked ur ass from Public server when i was HA, or becoz i reported u coz u are an useless admin, deal with it :-*

no man, as i said in my previous report about u, nothing personal, as i reported card clasher, ryann and sober too for the same reason. so where u see the personal here ¿? ur not the only admin i reported for the same reason

i was involved in this unban request. u talked trash provoking me and saying about "unexperienced newbie". ofc i get angry and replied to u, not polite, but without insultin u, more than u insulted me in ur previous reply. and btw, my "offensive and offtopic" reply had, at least, 4 likes in less than 2 minutes..... so, maybe, my deleted reply was not so offtopic, but u abused ur rights and deleted it

Abusing my powers lol, your reply was way off-topic and had to be removed, your reply didn't contain nothing about the unban request, not even a word, and you are wondering why it got removed, it's so obvious, i wouldn't call it power abuse since the rules say Uphold disciplinary action against rule offenders, your reply got removed coz it was against the rules.

Not gonna get involved in the argument, but all I wanted to say in general the concept of removing someone's opinion because you disagree with it is stupid.
Under no condition Burzum's post should have been deleted no matter how much you disagreed with it.

Before you ban someone a demo must be taken, this is not a mistake, UNBANNED due to lack of evidance.
It isn't the first time I see this @silex™ I do remember saying that we are not here to judge the admins competence and their demo quality. You forward it to the server manager who then looks into it. Now what you did there was plain provocation and we end up here, is that okay? I agree demos should be good, but there's no need to start a war, right?
@Burzum you went a bit on a rage spree didn't you? Have you calmed down boy :D Listen, you know what I will say right? "report not reply". You could of reported the person and left it at that, but I know you wanted to have a say yourself. I also moved your removed reply from Silex here, it is the first post.
Right then, that's all I am going to say for now. @SilverQuick and @Pringles please see that this complaint is solved to the best of your abilities.

i know my attitude sucks, but i was provoked...... and i know its not a valid excuse, but its the reason why i raged so much
when he deleted my reply, i clicked on "report to moderator" buttom, but then i realized that being moderator in that board, he would see my report and ignore and delete, same as he did with my reply
so i decided to report him in a new topic (this one)

I do not believe they have the access to reported posts, mind you need to look into if they do or not as I am not entirely sure, but I wouldn't believe they do.

that is what i remember when i was HA and in Hall of Fame, boards where i could moderate (almost all) i received "moderator reports" in my email and profile ofc
so, when i saw he deleted my reply i didnt want this case dropped or forgotten. then i posted this report, and my sentence: "u can not delete this, right silex?" ;D

on my previous report about him i already warned high staff... he ignores ppl.... he has a bind for spam /rank on chat, and ofc its not against the rules this bind... but it says a lot about this admin and his objetives and attitude, more concerned in rank than in administrate

And other report panel members were not active when the comment was deleted. Now, the other people remained to be blamed are me and momarms. But momarms is out of suspicion because of THIS (https://www.ambrosia-servers.com/community/index.php?topic=37456.msg459738#msg459738) post in the same topic. And me, well I am would never in my dream delete someone's post. So who is left? You, right? I am 99.9 percent sure that you deleted Burzum's comment. please don't try to play smart here.

I think what silex means to say is that he didn't delete the 'reports' against his posts made by Ryan and Burzum.
He already admitted deleting Burzum's 'post'.
What he failed to notice is that those 'reports' are still there, they just moved from 'Active Reports' to 'Old Reports' because I closed them saying that Ed will solve them since there is already a complaint.
I don't think anyone said that you deleted the reports, only the post.

We had rights and I'm a board moderator so I thought we should solve them

Now that you've brought the reports too, I'm finding something very intriguing.
Silex replied to the reports before I did, and in his reply to Ryan's report, he wrote

Ryan wouldn't know who sent that because I think it just shows that a mod did that and not who.
I wonder what Silex mean by saying 'ignored these TWO' and who he was acting as himself lol .. because obviously, one of those two was Silex himself

The fact that Burzum talks about the balance of the teams - it is getting out of hand! And the reason for that is he just keeps on going on people who play the stronger team.
I personally have seen Burzum playing on a stronger team, so what? Who the hell cares? I always play for a team that is weaker, does anyone give a damn? Do I get anything from it?
What I do suggest is, to shut your mouth and just do your job, innit? What is the point of going and actually taking fucking screenshots on your colleague? Is this a good team? I had so many problems with Burzum, where I reported someone saying that I think this guy is cheating, and Burzum replied to me saying "watch him yourself". I did not even ask him to spectate, I reported him so admins know.
Both of you have equal rights at dd2. If you, Burzum, complain about him not doing his job, there are other report panelists, ayt? Or is he the only one?

The problem is when you join the server and teams are equal, like 11-11 in both side, when i tried to join the losing team which was the t side, it forced me to join the winning team, so there is already a problem there, search for problems instead of blaming people.

100% true, it never feels good to lose. The point here is, is that there are still people playing. I know it's from boosting, however, people still want to compete. Take it this way, you would want to destroy me in game rather than joining unless my team is losing 0:20. You would want to play against strong players rather than joining the them, right? Yes, I get it. But we have to face that some people are not like that and reporting the guy, that has the same respect from members and as busy as everyone else, is not joining a losing team is pointless. Because of several reasons.
1. There isn't much you can do, you warn one person, there's someone else doing that. You warn an admin, there's other admin doing that. It happens all the time.
2. I join auto-select when joining the team and a lot if the times I don't open score tab because I want to simply play and relieve my stress from work. And then I end up being in a stronger team.
3. As I mentioned earlier, there is no rule or whatsoever regarding this concern.
4. I have seen it myself how Burzum was +rating in a stronger team. And to be honest with you, I have no problem or whatsoever with that.
Lastly, I did speak in a rude way but so did he. And the whole point here is to get the message across. And the message is, what is the point of literally moaning about balance of the teams and discussing, not solving, the problem in public? We have a teamspeak, why not use it to solve problems as such?

I won't take either of the sides on this case(burzum and silex), just wanted to say that seeing (mostly)admins making a huge deal out of just joining the losing instead of ranking, I nowadays feel like there should be a rule for balancing teams, simply cause we should be mature enough to understand we need to take a step back and make the players' experience our priority. It's not like we're abandoning our dreams, just join the damn losing team for a few rounds lol.

This was very inappropriate from you and I'm very disappointed to be honest, I thought you could act more professional than that. You already know that in order to be an unban panelist, you need a lot of common sense, you have to remain neutral and you cannot criticize admins. By doing so (after being warned by @Ed for committing the same mistake in the past, I guess), you have shown that you lacked of common sense, that you couldn't remain neutral all the time and that you still criticize admins.
So what should we do about you ?
You know, there are tons of people willing to be unban panelists so we are not obliged to keep you, specially after seeing what you have done. However, it would be harsh from our part to remove you straight away and I believe that we should simply warn you this time. But I can assure you that if you commit the same mistake (or a similar one) in the future, you will be stripped of your rights straight away.

Firstly, I'd like to let you know that I have a lot of respect for you and that everybody in this community should respect you. However, you are just overreacting here imho. I know that you are a bit frustrated and I perfectly understand why you are reacting that way but it's not necessary since I can assure you that this doesn't help at all and it's only degrading your reputation (specially for those who don't know you).
In this case, we can't take actions on @silex™ for provoking you because you reacted the same way so that would be unfair for him if we didn't take actions on you as well. So the only thing that we are taking in consideration here is the fact that he has criticized your job, that's all. If you had remained neutral and didn't react that way, we could have used that against him but in this case, we are simply unable to do so.

This isn't professional at all from your part. If you have something against an administrator, the best way to solve that is to contact a Server Manager or an Owner. However, if you wish to have other people's opinion then you should have started a topic in the Administration corner. Don't forget that you are a team and that you cannot simply trahstalk about eachother in public in order not to degrade your reputation. This also applies to you @Burzum.

Once again, I don't know why you got involved to be honest. This doesn't concern you at all but you still took the decision to get involved for no reason. You haven't brought anything to the discussion, like always.
But anyway, let me give an opinion about your post. What your brain is unable to understand is that admins are not only supposed to respect rules but they are also supposed to have a lot of common sense. As an admin, your purpose is to ensure stability and balance in the server. So why would you join the winning team, if you are a very good player and that you are also administrating the server ? Isn't that contradictory ?
