Title: Anti camp + anti spam

Hey there!
First of all I am sorry if this was talked before because i never post here and i unknown. I want to suggest about adding anti-camp in the server because literally always there are many awp'ers camping in Ts base or ct base which is really annoying. When there are admins they usually try to keep it in a limit but it is difficult because they have to look for cheaters and when there are not admins the server become a hell of campers who dont try to plant the bomb or something like that.

I dont have idea about if this is possible or not so i am just asking to know if it could be done, thank you!

EDIT: sorry for this but i forgot to write that if we could have a max of 5 messages or 10 consecutives messages to avoid spamers  like " join xxxxxx free vip 9 admin " when no admins online

actually we've anti-camp at T base but at some spots it is missing and people take advantage of it, so I'd also support this idea.

It used to have anti-camp, it's removed ? but support this idea.

It was installed by @Ed in first place I guess and it was running good, hope it will be added again @TeeKaaY.

I dont know if it is working/installed because all keep literally camping without any movement and the admins are all time warning them to stop doing that but when the admins are not online they camp as hell and it become boring and even when it has 32 players it drops to 25 normally
