Complaint: People were not speaking English in the server even though kell is an admin I told him and warned him to warn them but he still ignored it but he always warned and kicked me when I wasn't speak English. Good fair admin. At the end player named exPret started to swearing (as always provoking me to insult at him), after I answered to him, kell didn't do anything and banned me instead of him. lol

So I am the only admin in the server. Constantly warning to speak english only. Before sober kicked a few people. Then there were 3 cheaters reports at the same time which I was following up on. Then I have sober calling people retards. I thought that's a bit too much. Sober by now should know what is ok and what isn't. I warned expert also that if he provokes sober he will get ban. I banned sober for 15 minutes obviously.
Then after itopone comes in starts calling me names. Because of sober ban. I tell him one more time and ill ban you too. He insults my mother or something. So i gave him a chillout ban. Then right after those 2 bans about 5 min later comes in Namechanger cheater with aimbot speedhack and god knows what else and absolutely wreks the server.
What really annoys me is that we have regular players who I have to tell every day to speak enlgish. And kick them accordingly. Like expret himself a few times.
A new day doesn't mean all is forgotten.
And sober you should stop playing the blame game. You don't have a good statistical factual information about what is happening outside of your own experience. This is where your childish stuckupness comes in. You evaluate things based on weather they suit you.
If expret is being annoying I will deal with it. You tell me. Not you go and call him or whoever else a retard. It is not a green light. ban was for 15 minutes so chill out.

@Sober-Guy by now you should know the rules, if there are players you feel are provoking you and call you names etc then either ignore them or report it to the admins so they can take the proper action and deal with it.
You don't have to answer back by provoking the situation even more, which is something you have to learn to control.
What was done by @kell_ in this situation was correct.

@Sober-Guy , I apologise for this unjistified ban as I believe @eXpRet should have been the person to be banned.
In any case, I request all admins to first warn then ban players, as I have witnessed staff members simply slaying/kicking/banning. I will not lie, I do that myself when I am busy with 2-3 cheaters on server.
@Sober-Guy , my advice is to simply ignore them, if you feel it is going out of hand like in this situation then report to admin and then to manager. A guy with such skills of yours should be ignoring those people.

My reply isn't an excuse. It also isn't a mistake. This isn't an unjust ban. And sober doesn't need an apology.

I'm gonna have to comment on what's going on between Sober and eXpRet lately since I was involved in few of them, and I was blamed for the actions I took against them both. I agree with you Sober that eXpRet is the one who usually starts with the provoking, and I agree that he is the one that should be banned not you. However, this only implies if you immediately report him after he insults you, without you insulting back. What you do Sober is that you insult him back, and then you ask the admins to ban him only in the admin chat, which is not gonna happen. It's as if someone breaks into your house and steals your stuff, then you break into his house and steal his stuff and then go and report him to the police. Like what do you expect the police to do? :D they will blame him for breaking to your house first, but they will also blame you for breaking into his house and not reporting him immediately. Get the idea?. All I want from you is that incase he did insult you again, don't reply him or insult back. Just a small message to the admin saying "eXpRet is insulting me, deal with him", and then watch how he will be the one who gets banned and not you(after a warning and a kick ofcourse). The reason I'm saying this Sober, is that many admins are usually busy and are not always focusing on the chat to know who started the fight.

And you wanted a warning? So what you are technically saying is you knew you'd get a warning but not an immediate ban, so you went for it. But then got banned and made a report.
I suggest this gets dropped yesterday. You should be thankful you're still able to play in Ambrosia.

From what i have seen from you sober, i'd rather believe kell bcz i was admin in a DD2 server and swearing was not allowed. The only admin present was kell and trying to handle 31 other players. Well trust me its not easy especially with some ppl who's attittude stinks. And yet like andrew said u knew you would get a warning for swearing even tho he did ban you immediatly its not false bcz he assumed u know the rules and no need for warning. Although kell affirmed he gave u a warning so this report in my opinion is useless. Again andrew took the words out of my mouth... You are lucky that u are still able to play in ambrosia. Finally speaking english is a rule i know but i must say that there is priorities. Personally i'd rather play in a server non english than a server who's player keep insulting and doing childish stuff.

Honeslty, I'm seeing his attitude and behaviour from the beginning since he joined Ambrosia and I wasn't even sure when he became an admin but not for long as he got demoted because of the behaviour. In Ambrosia, our management team choose and collect admins by not only looking at their game but they also look for good behaviour and attitude and you cannot blame or put finger over someone because you should look at yourself once, becoming a good player will not give you the rights to insult and tease everyone especially when you get killed, obviously you're the one who always start hitching and keep insulting the players and ofc some people wouldn't ignore you sometime, I think that guy should be stay banned for a week because we've seen a lot of complaints against him and he should learn a lesson and people don't hate you actually you make them to hate.
The complaint he posted is totally against him and it shouldn't be tolerated!
I had shiton of SS of him somehow I got only two left.
I warned him multiple times but afterwads he didn't get it and I kicked him straight

How many times do we have to tell you Mr @Sober-Guy that you don't have to respond to provocations, and even if he provoked you that much this doesn't give you the right to provoke him back your turn because if you do so this means that you will both face the same consequences and @kell_ did nothing wrong on banning you because while he warned both of you to stop arguing and provoking each other you didn't stop which is normal for an Admin to take and use action on you since warnings didn't work with you, and about English speaking thingy, let's face it because @kell_ was the only Admin in-game and not only he has to deal with you, but he has 31 players to watch over so at this rate as said while an Admin is busy dealing with a cheater sometimes chat cannot be seen and disappear that fast which is a fact and doesn't mean he ignored your message as you're claiming and you're well placed to understand this since you've been given the chance to administrate before, and just a reminder Admins should warn first and kick then ban if they don't have much choice left depending on the situation.
