Straight up perm banning people is just unfair, previously a ban should be assigned (temporary ban) to the player if he has done anything wrong excluding cheating and attempts to ddos or crash. If you are going to try and ignore at first and then ban the player instantly in case he is annoying you, its just stupid and you are basically soft. If something bothers you, do something about it at the first place so it does not have to come to a permanent ban.

Right, word of an advice, don't come here to be "know it all". You don't know nothing about this case apart from his unban request. He has been warned, temp banned and warned and we have been soft on him, but yet there has never been improvement. Ron had enough, thats why we are here. Frankly I would too, when you talk to someone, you think ye they get it, they stop be a normal human being, but round the corner does same shit. Justsaying.

Either way, if he was warned and banned before for the same cause then the permanent ban might be deserved. It's just an opinion and doesn't have to matter a lot.

So if I understand a situation last night was someone used guns in hide and seek which is not banable offence, @Andrew~ check banlist, we do not ban for that. Then u 2 started arguing about it.
Also the biggest reason buddy gets a ban is because of the spray, you know that one very well.

I have received dozens of reports for you and Buddy and warned you many times for abusing the fact that being salty, spamming and annoying is not restricted in PB but I did tell you that common sense still applies, and that means that if you constantly cross the line Roni can ban you. A permanent ban could have been exaggerated but a long ban should have indeed been issued.
As for the TS3 ban, if you get banned in any ambrosia server permanently, you get banned in all servers.

Ts3 picture was removed by someone long time ago, noticed it yesterday or 2 days ago and changed it to a pic I found during the steam winter sale, and my ban was on the JB server and NOT on ts3 I can still join TS3.
My spray in CS 1.6, I do not know how it breaks ANY rules, and even if it did I was never aware of it and no one EVER warned me for it, my ban reason was "constantly insulting staff" which I think is quite incorrect but I'll forget about it since it's just a day ban.

You're mistaken, I was calling the CT a fucking retard in the logs shown above, it was kind of passive aggressive and as a joke at the same time because the CT had done something very stupid.
Command was to go to the cage crouching only, dave was doing so but he stood up for a millisecond and was killed and few seconds after dave died many T's escaped and the CT's lost the round not long after.
Read the section of the logs given by eros correctly, I don't think I had to explain it to you it's quite clear in the given logs lol

As for the TS3 ban, if you get banned in any ambrosia server permanently, you get banned in all servers.
If you have been banned on Ambrosia's CS 1.6 servers then you are not permitted to player on any of our CS 1.6 servers until and if you are officially unbanned here. You can however, play our different game modes, examples are Ambrosia San Andreas Multiplayer, Minecraft and our TeamSpeak3 server. Evading bans will lead you to getting permanently banned without further chance of reappeal.

Alright, apologies for the ban in servers part, my mistake, but he still has the right to issue the ban on you, it's his server afterall.
The no guns in HNS part is not banable BUT if a CT sets the rule when the HNS starts then things quite change. However, I have made it clear that if someone gets banned for a rule that doesn't exist and no CT mentioned it then come straight to me, so bringing this up here is irrelevant, the issue here is Buddy and mostly dave who have been caught(even by me) multiple times breaking behavior policies and crossing lines.
No offence to you Buddy or dave, I have nothing against you and considered dave a good friend till not long ago, but you are apparetly missing common sense and logic. You are constantly abusing the fact that some things are not banable, which really gets on my nerves. You are old ambrosian members and instead of trying to contribute the community, you're the "lice" on the head(meaning ambrosia), you're becoming a nuisance unfortunately, so Roni just thought you crossed the line. I cannot say I disagree with him, especially after seeing you guys yesterday. You were spamming your ass off to defend dave in the shoutbox(I am not saying this is a bad way, not calling you a spammer) yet he was spamming nonsense/irrelevant stuff like "a black guy orders 2 number 9s..." etc, now what are you doing here asking for an unban if all you've been doing for weeks/months until now is post nonsense crap? Jezus. A friendly advice, and this time I really hope you guys listen: start using some damn logic. I was so tired warning you guys and gagging you so you would shut up and not get yourselves banned, I really didn't wanna do what Roni did, but you just don't listen and end up going against me like dave did numerous times. There is no freekilling and freeday, you shouldn't spam even if your B.F.F. was freekilled. He can ask for a fd, but he simply might not get it, end of story. You are not his lawyer and we won't make a whole court so you can defend your friend for a fd. He can ask for it, but that is all.

You know that I could've banned you yesterday for an hours or lets just say for a day ( 1 day ) for "using guns in HNS" and for "spamming/flooding the server" but I gave you a 2nd chance but later on, when you provoked me and harassed me, I guess its time for you to get punished but later on, I didnt notice there was an admin online ( Ron) and he banned you and I guess you deserve it , I guess you deserve more than a day.. maybe 1 week because I know that you insulted,harassed,swore,etc.. to the players in the server even to an admins.. ( alot of ppl knows about this ).

I get it, they may act childish, they may not act mature enough and you probably hate them too, but as far as I know, this is a gaming community and not a company. Moreover, you aren't supposed to take anything personally as far as I know.
And isn't this the Prisonbreak server (unless the game mod has drastically changed) ? Aren't people allowed to swear ? By what I can see, the only things that dave has done is spam (which is probably banable but come on, a permanent ban ?) and say "fat" to RoN (which is permitted as far as I know).
I may understand why Buddy got banned for 1 day, even if what he did is somehow permitted since it's Prisonbreak and I'm sure that he was just joking and that his offending words weren't meant to be taken seriously (I know how Buddy is and I'm sure of this). But I don't get it why dave got banned permanently while what he did was less offending than what Buddy did.
So yeah, I'm probably missing something and I'm sure that you'll disagree with my post but keep in mind that this is my opinion regarding the situation and by what I can see in the topic.

From my point of view the thing is that any of you had to act like you both did and the result was obvious. You simply dont have to flame or spam. Of course, dont tell to ron something that you know that will hurt him otherwise you could have said other thing. Permanent is too much, 1-2 weeks would have been perfect to make them learn the lesson, and a good piece of advice would be to stop doing these kind of things and start acting like players who try to enjoy and not to get bans for such things like this

Well i will explain why you got banned. This has been going on for 6 months being eachother lawyer insulting me calling me idiot retard and stuff like that i let it pass multiple times you guys making fun and using my picture with hitler signes all around it while i have been asking to basically remove it multiple times everytime buddy gets banned you insult me and everytime you get banned buddy and you all together start to insult. In my eyes i have had enough of you guys this is just and example of how you talk to people and the staff team every single day :

You should start to learn to respect people and know that jokes have limits i can take jokes that's not the problem but you can't see from your side the rudness you guys have.
I do not wish to have members that constantly break rules and they don't listen when they are told to stop i have taken your insults for long time. I even have talked with multiple people here in the community i explained them what you all guys do and you know what their answer was? Why the hell did you let those things happen for such a long time. And i answered them simple its just that i thought you guys would understand that one day you should start respecting people. How many bans i have issued on you both to actually stop doing such things? more then 5 bans. I thought you would understand i even talked to you before but you refused to listen and you continued your road doing the same things. So yeah one day enough its enough.
So let this be clear to you if you dont like how the community is managed by us we do not force you to stay here. Rawrplus and liam had different way of managing it and we have a different way. So if you dont like it simple you can leave and i don't even understand why you are making an unban request if you do not wish to basically play here because you dont like how the community is running.
Anyway you can make an unban request in one month again with a good attitude and think what you have done all these 6 months. And if you wish to play back in this community you will have to follow the way we manage this community not the way it was managed. And if you make any unban request before that you will have less chances to get unbanned. And if you continue on your way trying to question our work or how we manage this community or be insultive you will not have anymore a chance to be unbanned in this community. So i am giving you a last chance 1 month time to improve your self if you don't then your perm ban will stay.
And for buddy you are not banned the same way as dave but it may happen if you continue doing such things as i stated above. So respect our terms and condition and when i ask you to stop doing things you will have because the same thing will follow for you.
Anyway Denied Until you make another unban request so this will give me time to see if you are worth being unbanned. 12/03/2017
