Regarding your ban, I highly doubt that he banned you for "no reason" and I'm pretty sure that you were banned because you were cheating. This would perfectly explain why you didn't make an unban request and why you took the decision to report CC instead.
Regarding your kick, I believe that he has simply confused you with the other guy and therefore, this complaint will be dropped if it was the case since it's not a huge deal after all.

1-I see you dont know lt.cc is warned before it was me who create complaint
2- if you are little smart I warn LT.CC about demote before I was banned if I cheat why I advertising my self to admin
3- I have 35 year old ( 10 years cs ) is not now to play with cheat
4- don't need cheat play well have all time good score wh is for beginner
5- banned before by admin X and unbanned since 3 years ago

He was banned by admin cARD cLASHER with reason "yes i am". And the ban length is Permanent. If he was using hacks, he should be banned with VALID REASON, not the kiddish reason like this. And If he was banned for swearing/insulting, PERMANENT ban does not make any sense at all!
Seriously, we will lose players if they are banned at the spur of the moment with senseless reason. No one wants to be treated this way in a server.
PS: I am in good terms with cARD cLASHER. But I have to post this because whatever happened to alli was not right.

Finally answer the real topic about the mather...
As I told already other topic that the permanent ban was too harsh for in this case. Well the Kooty provoked by saying "demote cc" but still CC reacted the situation way too hard.
If you ban someone permanent you will also give him the reason for it.

Just for the record, there is a problem with the ban timings at the server and I fell for it once. I banned someone for insulting/swearing and that ban was supposed to be 1 hour only, but I was surprised that he got banned permanent, and then later I requested on forums to get him unbanned. What I'm saying here is that Card might have actually banned him using the ban option "user defined reason" which enables him to choose whatever reason he wants and the ban timing is usually 1 day, but due to that problem that CC might not be aware of, he got a permanent ban.
Edit: I just checked the screenshots and CC said "go apply for unban request" which means that CC purposely banned him permanent and not by mistake. I would suggest if someone could reach to CC on steam or something and ask him to check the topic and clarify his ban. Permanent ban is not a joke guys, you cannot permanently ban anyone unless he's cheating.

You were flaming KoOTy who is way too younger than you by both of you cursing each other's mums, so I warned him to stop he said I know, right after you rage flamed him and dont tell me you didn't because you did and logs can prove that - Your kick reason.
Your ban reason was because you kept nonstop crying and telling me how to work and what to do and that I should learn whatever the fuck you were on about so I asked you nicely 3 times or more to stop and yet you kept going on and on, since I cannot ban you temporary I banned you permanent so you can make an unban request and a decision for your ban can be taken here.

I barely understood a word you said.
Anyways, I wantef to prove my point to you as you were constantly harassing me ingame after that kick so I believe giving you a time off was a good idea. Logs can be seen by the access owners of why I kicked and banned you. Youve served a few days they can choose to give u more or not I dont really care.
Small note, never try to offend me ingame or I will end up banning you again. Thank you.

I am aware of the fact that logs can be checked, but I think that maturity in admin can prevent extra work and unnecessary drama. BAN for 1 hour or 1 day, at most, was reasonable as most of the admins do that. If you still think that you can ban people permanently as per your will, and Ed and Ron are there to check the logs for taking the decision, I don't have anything to say. I rest my case!

Temp bans are bugged only permanent bans can be issued through amxmodmenu

Let me re-explain briefly what happened because you all have no clue what went on.
Kooty didn't provoke me, he was cursing alli's mom and alli replied back after the warn to both of them (regardless the joke or not)
Once Alli was kicked for that he came back and started endlessly provoking me, after a couple warns I issued the permanent ban because I couldn't give him a temp 1 day ban through amxmodmenu.
Either way I wanted him to make an unban request. @java GIRL get your facts straight before you start judging because it sickens me. I don't care about what goes on or not, he provokes me after I warned him he gets banned. Fix the temp bans and I wouldn't have issued a perm ban, simple as that.
I don't get the whole pointless fuss through here and drama section, man up take your decision and lock the topic stop causing more bullcrap.

The ban length has been reduced to 1 day and @alli is therefore unbanned.
About this complaint topic, just wait for DD2 server managers to come and solve it.

There were issues with temporary bans at the time. Reason gives a hint as CC is experienced enough not to ban with such reason. Please stop judging without any information.
Now, I don't know who Kooty is talking to at 17:29 but it all started when you wrote: ya zb lucky - which I have no idea what it stands for.

CC warned Kooty and straight after you 'translated' what he said. The kick was harsh if your intention was only to 'translate'. Then you came back calling him a kid and threatening him. So you weren't that innocent after all, ban deserved.
