Server has been boosted for a whole week until next sunday.
I have noticed that someone else boosted it apart from Max Breaker there is someone else who boosted it, would like to know who.

All out of seriousness, I'd like to point out that those boosts are for nothing when we are not doing our job as we're supposed to. I am admin for a few days now yet I'm already tired of being called all the time as there is almost never any admin online(only a few exceptions). Being accepted does not mean "oh, I got accepted, no need to prove anything anymore", the struggle comes after you've been accepted.

Well, it's a bit difficult to get coverage. We can keep removing and adding, but we seem to have the same problem no matter how we look at it. So I think we will have to acquire a lot more ppl to administrate the server and hope for the best.

In my opinion and no offence towards anyone, we got plenty of admins, hell, maybe even more than enough. The thing is during the rush hours(mostly afternoon-evening) I don't even see half of them. I can count on my 1 hand the admins I see everyday these hours.

I sent you the message about this matter, but I did not get the reply. The real problem as I observed is that most people apply for admin mentioning that they will be available for 2-3 hours a day in minimum. Also they become not only active, but hyper-active unless they get the admin position mainly by reporting players and complaining at shout box. Eventually, they become successful in convincing the authorities to accept the application. But after getting accepted, they take admin position for "granted", barely showing up in the server. And I believe that the main reason for them taking things for granted is lack of actions taken to those admins who do not maintain their activeness. So why don't you demote those admins who are not active? If there are no consequences, most people do not take things seriously.
And I do not think that only increasing the number of admins is the solution to the problem. As we can see, presently, we have many admins, but the problem is still the same.So why not to apply different method to solve the problem ? If there will be certain rules regarding the activity of admins for maintaining the admin position, people might start taking their admin positions seriously. Please make the admin position worthy so that no one can take that position lightly. At the end of the day, It is better to have 10 active admins rather than 100 admins, who do not even show up in the server once in a week.

But do you realize you are wasting money when the server is boosted for whole week? The only times it needs boosting is when I miss the weekly boost :D
I think we will need to start to keep a public log on boosts.

What do you mean you are first for weekly boost? I boost on sundays mostly. and when i have not boosted, you can see the effects. Anyhow will implement a log sooner or later. :)
