Its not about me really but to everyone that helped around in the past and even further, It would be more fair and wise to specialize those people who are definitely trust worthy by making it easy for them to help the community without applying like a newbie do when he firstly want to become an admin or something higher.. Its just like marking those people and giving them a special system to reapply and help around when they can, however, applying all over again in the end is less interesting than having the opportunity to just reapply with a special method . Its obvious that many people could possibly comeback after they have left in the past and are just willing to help, they will get really motivated if they face a special way to continue working with rest again and not feel like they are equal to someone who has recently registered.
PS : Hold on there Im not saying this because I want to seem old and willing to work again without applying.. Nah really im not much into gaming these days neither administrating nor moderating, I just saw rubix applying for admin app while he used to be UC in the past and it just seemed stupid for me :D
Correct me if im wrong without attacking my ass, its my honest thoughts and I felt like sharing them around
Cheers

The system is like that already.
If you drop as a director in a firm, you'll have to go through everything again, although they would rather pick you, as they know the abilities of your work (IF ofc, the work was fine)
Now Rubix would of been accepted but staff is inactive that's why..
(Btw, you don't need to think that people will think you're saying this just to get faster to rights, because as I said above, that's only considerd when you did not mess up :D <3 much love though <3

I think you are wrong mate. It would be unfair to newbies. Everybody should be treated equally. Although it would make more sense to accept/deny oldies quicker: you know the goods and the bads you're going to get

This system treats everyone hypothetically as equal. Of course past experience is a very beneficiary factor, but I don't see a single reason why ex members, unless directly offered a position shouldn't go through same proccess.

It really depends how they went out and how they left. If they went inactive then they can come back if they were good at it now it all depends.
