Yes, there is a kind of plugin for this as I know it'll autoswitch some players to the opponent team.
And find a way to remove the possibility for admins to read teamchat of the other team. That's unfair.

there is a plug (idk how its called, but i could search for it) that forces to use only pistols when ur score is +10 (11-1, 10-0, 12-2), so skilled players will play only pistols when they reach this score... this could helpSo that mean I and some other ppl have to go pistol everytime? Like some have already said, Admin's cannot force move players from one team to another. If players want to rank or play a certain side all the time (Zole) then that is completely up to them.
It can be an annoying situation but back to the point of this thread, Admin's have a responsibility to use their own skills to balance the game as much as possible.
U can always request balance and alot of people actually do it.
Please Admins keep an eye on balance. I catch so much Admins that doesn't balance. It's annoying, I have to mention it 10 times before someone actually thinks about balancing.
