Server needs an anti-flash plugin.. the amount of flashes thrown at times, can be quite frustrating and very annoying. An example of this would be when you're trying to rush mid, tunnels, or even short. Three team mates throw flashes, enemy team also throws flashes, if you're caught out in the flashes you're flashed continuously for a good 30 seconds or more.

It's a good suggestion actually, but of course, lots will say that it's not because it's part of the game, blablabla. I mean common, who the hell uses a flash properly anyway, in D2, 16v16? Most of the flashes are used only against players from the same team and not against enemies, which is somehow stupid since flashes are supposed to help the team to win the game and not make it harder.

Just like what @Pringles said. On a 5v5 I would not support this but since the server is full of nade spammers, I can't even hear footsteps from the amount of fire in the hole's I hear

That is actually incorrect! I disabled fire in the hole sound, you only see chat messages!

Anti-flash is simply a plugin which will disable team mates from flashing each other, so for instance: terrorist Adam throws shitty failed-flash down mid, terrorist John will not be flashed. However, counter-terrorist Samantha will be flashed, because a terrorist threw the flash.
So ->
*TERRORIST JOHN throws FLASH*
only Terrorist John and Ct's are flashed. The other Terrorists will not be flashed.
Just want to emphasise on this part:

I don't see the point of having to turn around every 15 seconds because a team mate can't throw a flash properly, or just throws a flash because they're just inconciderate about others.

im terr, im rushing tunnel to B with 4 terr more. i throw flashes to B bombsite, my team will not be teamflashed, but CTs defending there will be totally blind.... VERY FAIR man

I agree on anti-flash because there are some PLAYERS THAT FLASH ON PURPOSE, LIKE THROW A FLASH NEXT TO YOU. (I do that too sometimes, lol). The other reason why I don't disagree is that Burzum explained, it needs a balance.

Don't enable it, sometimes when we rush as TS, I teamflash the guys in front of me so they don't steal any of my kills. ;D :D :D
