When you get VAC banned, not all your games in your Steam Account get banned, you usually get VAC banned from the game you cheated in, but there are a few exceptions.
If you cheat in any HL1 engine game, you will get banned from all games of the HL1 engine:
Counter-Strike 1.6
Counter-Strike: Condition Zero
Day of Defeat
Deathmatch Classic
Half-Life
Opposing Force
Ricochet
Team Fortress Classic

MEaning you know that a process (hack) was ion your cs, and thats not how scripts work.

Why are you even flaming... it doesn't matter what you've been banned for... They want a clean steam record, and you have 2 vac ban on steam... so even if you were vac banned for smiling in-game your steam record is not clean so...end of story...
Live with it and move on... :)

I'm still surprised how you aren't forum banned lol. In .eu you had been forum banned many times, yet now you expect to be accepted as an admin whilst having two VACs on record.
