JOB TITLE: Server Manager

Primary Roles :
To be dedicated enough to always motivate & encourage others in the team.
To continuously strive to improve & will have already anticipated how that could happen.
To plan and execute direct server popularity, so as to maintain, develop & maximize server potential.
To lead the team.
Secondary Roles:
Managing & motivating team to increase server potential & maximize efficiency.
Show an ability to plan & prioritize workloads & delegate accordingly.
Addressing staffing issues, including interviewing, conducting appraisals & providing effective learning & development.
Knowing our history & living our vision, mission & values.
Maintaining a high level of CS 1.6 knowledge.
Plan and carry out direct advertising activities & develop ideas for marketing to all players.
Continuously working with the “Ambrosia way” of advertising to optimize the personal performance.
Guarantee a high level of service & care by pro-actively following up on unban requests, server performance & player complaints.
Monitor and report server performance and provide relevant information to management alongside updating administrators on all pertinent issues.
Attend staff meetings and hold regular admin meetings.
Be responsible for your admin team.

Required Attributes:
A valid Steam account and Steam ID, not VAC banned.
Game experience, minimum of 10 years.
A working microphone and TS3 application.
