Hello Guys & Gals,
I need help with this C# (C Sharp) project, if you have the time and will to help me out I would be so grateful.
If you got any hints please post them here as well, and tag anyone who got any experience with C#.

It would be better if you try yourself and ask wherever you get stuck instead of just posting the whole project
I doubt anyone would do it like this unless you were going to pay ;D
You can start by making classes and using linked lists.

Depends on the concept you use for it. Object-orientated programming in c# is possible but is very counter-intuitive.

it's called "system programming"....in this kind of questions u have first of all to plan what Classes u want to define, and what fields/methods do each class have....for example I can see that u need to define a Class named "Subscriber"
which have the fields=(first name, last name, tele number etc...)
be attention that u make a Class name TelephoneDic for example and implement the supplied methods(print delete etc..) telephoneDic Class may contain a List of Subscribers....or any other data stracture(it depends on question)
i took this course in c/c++ a year ago...idk if c# got that difference but the concept is the same .
