If you wana report rule breaker or freekiller you must have to record demo and than upload post here.
Because without demo no one can take action

Both guys have been permanently banned. Once we have administrator cover, they will be unbanned and then apropriate action will be taken.
In future if you report someone, your report will be closed without a warning due to you not providing appropriate evidence. I will not accept SS which have been edited not proving anything at all.
The demos provided DavidDucka is considered a better evidence.
