Title: Prisonbreak Guidelines

Outlaws and Scums, beggars and thieves, serial killers and psycho’s, the craziest of craziest, and here you are - Cellblock 59, the place you think you didn't know existed. Unfortunately for you, that is exactly where you are! What did you do? Nothing? Of course, innocent haha, don’t worry, everyone here is innocent, but I like you, you look like you will do just fine here so I will let you in on some guidelines on how to survive this rotten, god forgotten place. Perhaps you can make something out of yourself here whilst serving your time. Don’t worry it’s pretty simple, but follow these guidelines exactly as I say, if you don’t, be aware of the consequences. Who knows what might happen, better safe than sorry, right?
Keep in mind that this establishment is not for kind-hearten and contains bad language, racism, insulting and all sorts of atrocities. When you join this server, you should remember to have fun and not take everything seriously. Also there are no freedays, well unless a guard actually gives you one, they make up the rules not I.
You are asking me, why am I looking out for you? As I said, you seem like someone I can trust and I will need some favors from time to time. In return I might be able to smuggle goods for you, no promises.  I am a skipper and name’s Jack. …… I am not here to mess around. You will just have to trust me. If you don’t and open your mouth, don’t take this as a threat, I will get rid of you just as easy as you arrived. Do we have an understanding?
Okay good, here are the guidelines. Do not let me down or else…

The first main bosses of the establishment are Eros and Ron, remember these names well, you don’t want to mess with these. Sometimes you'll see some weird things happening, random stuff going down, unexplained sometimes - it must be Admins. They are mostly harmless and are there to tax the gangs and keep an eye out for the establishment, but they policing prison to ensure the environment of it is kept to the satisfaction of Mafia. You also have your fellow prisoners, corrupted, lethal, ferocious, vulgar beings, make friends or be eaten by wolves. Finally there are guards, these f*ckers, they change like weather in England. This is good and bad at the same time. Make your moves right and you will be able to talk things through with them or you might be shot on the spot. Usually do what they say unless you think you can be a hero and take one of them idiots out. Or even better! Smuggle yourself in as one. Get access to wide variety of weapons and take the charge of being a guard. The feeling to monkey around the ones who have constantly, over and over issued orders to you, cannot be described in words, it is just that great as well as stab them in the back.
Here are few things to keep you safe if you become a Warden. You don’t want admins to skin you, so keep these in mind when waving your big large gun around the compound. [plainbox]

[plainbox]Guards - Achieving creativity and control at the same time!

[plainbox]STEP 1 - UNDERSTAND
Know your way around the compound (map knowledge), the faster you familiarize yourself with the place, the sooner you will know where some hidden f*cks are hiding or waiting to stab you in the back. Don’t trust anyone. Keep an eye on other Wardens too, not all of them are who they seem to be. Make sure you've played enough as a prisoner to know your ways and most importantly to learn to be one heck of a guard from other awesome guards. Understand that if you are playing as a guard and are laming, you will be CT banned by an Admin and in order to be unbanned you will have to have learned your lesson and pay a fine of 1000 gold which may increase each time you request an unban.

[plainbox]STEP 2 - ACKNOWLEDGE
Don’t do things you will regret later, for example randomly going around shooting inmates, they will not appreciate that and those hidden from view will get rid of you faster than you can blink.
Word of an advice, don’t mess with the skippers even though it’s tempting, they have powers you can only wish for and those are carefully selected bunch, don’t expect to become one, you can try, but your chances are slim. Especially when you are new. Use common sense; don’t touch live electric cable just the same as messing with gangs or anyone in fact. Only do that if you can get away with it, but I personally wouldn’t recommend it, no one has gotten out alive by being an idiot. You gotta be smart! Make sure not to be on your own governing the whole place, whenever you are in charge, get some guards to cover your sorry a*s. At the maximum you are looking at 1:2 ratio. I hope you don't sound like skinned chicken, because once you open your mouth and everyone hears you, you will become a laughing stock of the entire prison. Sometimes best is not to open your mouth at all. Keep in mind that you cannot be a Warden if you are a mute or anything we hear when you talk is "kg3hoi3fnlweflk/n/efansjng knf wekln sdkn dslk ".

[plainbox]STEP 3 - ADVANCED
By acknowledging these certain principles you now have the basis of my guidelines.Now to advanced stuff - each in game Prison map one guard is chosen to be the main guard to control the Prison and the rest of them are to accommodate the guard in charge. If the guard in charge is killed, there should be agreement on who second take his place for the remaining time of the round that is if multiple guards are alive.

There is a command available for the commanding guard - /warden. This command gives you access to several things, some of them are broken in the current meta (mic access).
Usage of /ffa (freeforall) to not be misused, if the command is used wrongly and it results in an environment a dog wouldn't want to be in, you are solely responsible for it and therefore you shall see consequences to your actions. (CT banned without a warning)

Inmates can speak, shout and you will hear them often from their cells. You maintain the order, so make sure everyone understands you and if they are shouting at you, request them to shut their filthy mouths. If they don't, shoot them where it hurts. Just remember, don't let them escape or they will become your worst nightmare.

Open cells when you are ready to do so, don't lame tho, the longer they sit behind bars, the bigger chance that you will be run down by a mob of angry, dumb looking inmates. Do this continuously and you will receive a CT ban for laming.

[plainbox]STEP 4 - BRIBES
Bribing is a common thing here. You may take bribes from anyone to execute a certain someone once. You cannot be bribed to execute (kill) someone repeatedly. So each bribe - one thing for one time. You can take as many bribes you want, the more coin you generate is a better life for you and your family. You cannot do the impossible things and if people bribe you to do things you cannot do or you are not supposed to do, you can take the bribe, but chose not to do it. In this case corruption is real! Use common sense and when accepting a bribe make sure it won't break the meta of the game.

[plainbox]STEP 5 - ENTERTAINMENT
Find your own personality. Don't be boring. It's nothing worse than doing the same stuff everyday. Also, if you have a voice of a 11 year old, you might not be able to be a guard due to the fact we don't need to hear a child on the mic, gotta say, who in their right mind would give a position to a child to be a guard in a real life Prison to run it and control the Prisoners who have committed horrible crimes? No one would listen to them and the prison would be burned to the ground, but if you still do, try your best and try to improve. If you see players leaving the server while you are commanding, it only means one thing..... you are boring them.[/plainbox]

[plainbox]Prisoners - Life behind bars!
You've been thrown in Prison for crimes you've committed, in rare cases - not committed, but each and every one of them will make you believe they are innocent. Corruption runs high, bribe guards, bribe Borgata for goods or advances. Use Wardens to your advantage or make their life hell. It's one of the few ways you can go, you either follow what the guards says or go against them, but risk being shot. Heck risk is fun right? But so is staying alive, make your choices wisely, perhaps join a gang for better survival ability. The more friends you have in prison the better luxury life you have, but remember - in Prison, no one can be trusted!
You can swear and insult, but remember that excessive amount will lead to a gag if your foul mouth is ruining the atmosphere in the server.

[plainbox]Gangs - The strength is in numbers!
All gangs (divisions,clans) for PrisonBreak server must pay fees to Borgata in order to acquire their board, be able to gang up, wear a tag and be respected and known within Cellblock 59.
Gangs can gang up on anyone and pay off guards to look the other way! As a paying customers, they can also gain certain advantages and protection.
You can create an ingame gang by typing /gang and purchase your own gang. Invite prisoners and level up your advantages with your gang mates help.

What we say, you do. It is your duty to announce our word and law. You become the eyes and ears of the Prison. Being a skipper is no joke, do a good job and we might reward you for it. Those interested to become skippers must be obedient, loyal, skillful and have a real catch for order.
If we like you enough, we might recruit you.

/bribe - use it to bribe or make payments. Correct usage - /bribe "nick" "amount" "reason,comment" (Example: /bribe eros 200 "give me speed please")
Lottery - everyone participates in a lottery by default which grants you 2000 gold upon winning. It's random, it's OP.
