Hello everyone,
I would advise a plugin that is to help the team that loses too many successive round, I saw that in another server, and this idea is interesting.
In fact, the team that loses 3 rounds in a row can have 2000 $ so, she can buy new weapons and defense, I speak for cts, because it's always the ones who lose the most.
when there is a large gap between the terrorists and cts, the team that loses usually leaves the game, and we all know it is hard to see the server ull, an accumulation of small details like this plugin will help us win players on our server.

its a good idea. i always ask for balance, to admins and top players. would be a good addition
another interesting plugin (i already suggested) is for top players. when ur score ratio reaches +10 (10-0; 11-1; 12-2.....) automatically u can not use any rifles (m4, ak....), only guns are allowed for these players

About PTB plugin we had it before and we had to remove as it does non sense balance too much al the time, for example if some one reaches at the beginning a score of 6-0 he'd find himself alone the next round as PTB forces players to join the other team because the other one has a good looking score, no sense balance and it ruins the fun.
