Complaint: warning me for provoking? I just asked people to stop being salty for the future in the csgo tournaments

if thats provoking, log off, turn off your internet, report me to the local police, proceed to cry, then report me for cyber bullying.. everyones such a delicate kid, all I said was stop being salty

Warn me for speaking the truth bruh? Let me just explain some context - everytime ingame I'd banter around with the players, him and his brother (his brother mostly or whoever the fuck it is) would constantly tell me to stfu or gag me because they were so damn salty their asses were getting kicked by a 16 year old kid everytime. Sorry it can't be provoking if I'm asking nicely for them to stop being salty as fuck during the game so we can have a good atmosphere during the tournament.

Calling me salty and a delicate kid in this case is slightly provoking me and my brother but I'm not a pansy and I'm not willing to even put on an argument for that. We do tell you to shut your mouth when important things are about to said so in literally a minute later you don't whine as you have no idea what's going on. It's not that I don't want to hear you at all, but when someone is saying something important and you're yapping all the time, believe me, anyone would get pissed off.
So the next time you call me a kid, think about who you're referring to. A well deserved warning, hopefully you'll learn your lesson and take some valuable points from it ;)

We cannot be soft and too forgiving - We are a team and we act like one.
Insult-ive comments will be issued with a warn whether its towards a high staff member or a regular one.

Why would he log off? instead we can warn you for saying that? I think that's more logical than to lof off, if you don't feel offended it's your thing, he does feel offended, some people don't even care when their mother gets insulted ingame but that doesn't mean everyone does, so before you judge from your own way of accepting stuff, you may wanna consider there are people who like a clean talking without some "Kids" using their slang way to insult-Talk around.

Right now it looks as if you have got some kind of a complex towards me, my brother and those that you called salty kids. You have been gagged on the server, several if not numerous amount of times. Does that not ring a bell? As I have already mentioned, I do not give a single penny about you calling me a 'salty kid'. I will explain once again as I think you are missing the main point of the gags that you are getting on the server. First of all, no one cares about a bottom fragging salty guy whining and constantly provoking everyone on the server (the opposite team obviously) by typing, 'ez', 'don't buy head armor'. Shit like that pisses people off, not just 15, 16 year olds, but everyone in general. Excuse me but telling me to log off because you can't keep yourself from talking shit in the chat is not really my problem. Next time you simply won't be allowed to play at all. It's the same behavior that CoiN is showing whenever we mix. You win a round - call 'ez' in chat. You lose a round - call 'fu*king lucky shit'. I get it, it is a gaming world but you are old enough to control your emotional outbursts on the server and believe me, it gets really irritating. To be quite honest with you, I had you muted (blocked communication) when you were playing in my team! That can possibly be only me but trust me, there is more people that could say that you and CoiN annoy them as much as you annoy me.
Now before you open your mouth about High Staff 'defending' me, I do not need saving. Please elaborate on how does LAN and this current situation is of any similarity? Stop whining that the whole world is against you. On bloody TeamSpeak, if someone tells you to shut up, it is for a valid reason. No one wants to hear you talk smack all the freaking time. I don't joke with everybody the way I joke around with you. People don't have similar sense of humor.
Why don't you get this ? And I'd like it if you stop blaming fingers at us for "Not taking action" on high staff members.
And I never said we are equal, we are definitely not equal. We are given our positions to make shit simple for you, but if you won't help us its gonna be hard for the both of us. We are not invincible but don't expect any demotions/suspension of high staff members just because you got "warned" for something the user found offensive. You can PM him instead and he'll tell you what you did is wrong or go to a higher staff member and explain what happened. Would make stuff easier for you and us.

Okay this got blown way out of proportion.
1) The report as in whole is not justified and the point of the report is to remove the warning instead of reporting an actual staff - hence you should have used FMRS instead. (Through Helpdesk -> Forum Moderation Review System)
2) As for the actual warning, I do agree this warning was unjust by @almighty DomiNic and has been given as a way of personal favour since @F437 is his personal friend as you probably would have guessed. The warning is indeed unfair for something so silly and non-impact, as calling somebody salty.
3) As for the incident(s) that has taken place on Teamspeak. I (or anyone from the Emperor team) refuse to deal with childish arguments. Unless you're verbally attacked/bullied/whatever, we do not care for two-side arguments within 2 or more parties. These are not of any concern to us and you should solve these by yourselves. We believe you to be mature enough to be able to talk problems like these through and there's always the option to ignore somebody (there's literally a dedicated button to that on teamspeak).
4) I'd like to remind @almighty DomiNic to be a bit more mindful with whom he decides to warn. While I get the intention behind warning, it is really unfair to warn somebody for saying something like that. We enforce rules where there's a serious breach of them, not on our own interpretation when we feel like, especially because we feel like it due to personal affiliations. Further unjust judgement will result in harsher punishment than just a verbal reminder.
5) Regarding the subject of not taking action towards highstaff members. I will release a lengthy topic on this matter later on today so stay tuned.
