I just done a speed test:
9MS Ping
8.1MBps Download Speed
2.9MBps Upload Speed
I get these weird lag spikes in game, I can feel that my game is not smooth, maybe some of you realised in mixes or when you play with me, my gameplay is not smooth, I can feel these weird lags.
Anyone have an idea why? I get 20-40 ping in-game too...

could be rates or fps drop

could be rates or fps drop
And how would I fix this?

Could be for many reasons.
Some might be CPU usage, I'd suggest to run taskmgr as administrator and go to performance, (i guess) and manage (sth similar) and then check for processes that take up CPU and have been recently added or that you don't recognize at all. Make sure its safe to kill the process.
Other might be your internet itself, try checking cables or modem.
It might also be from data usage. Follow the same steps as the 1 one, but in above bar select option you want to check what's using internet.
Might want to turn off wireless aswell.

my fps and ping are fine on mix server and ESEA, but on MM, RIP.

could be loss/choke

Could be UK routing which is terrible. UK has atm problems in their POPs with csgo routing. There was a topic about it on reddit

I do and do not think it is my internet.
I play other games so well without lag but on CS:GO I get these little spikes. I doubt its my internet.
I tried lower my game setting and it helped a little but I can feel that it is not smooth enough. I closed all programs through task manager as well.
Any tips?

perfmon
Thats the name, open it, run as administrator (if not by default) and might telp you a bit. There are all possible services/processes that are running on your PC. Might be Windows Updater which is named trustedinstaller.exe and yes, ik, name itself makes you think its either a virus or widows want to have a joke with you.
Check also network (perfmon).
I used to have bad lag a few weeks ago and also ping just out of sudden. I checked that trustedinstaller, aka Windows Update was taking 50% of my ram.
