Why do you think you should be a Forum Moderator: I have been FM for 1 year and i enjoyed my job. I did a good one when i was FM and i helped all who needed (You can see my oscar). I have experience  as FM and i think i can make a good contribution to the forum.

Also I would like to add a few things: When you start no supporting, please, make a constructive one. Also i know that the wound of my topic is still very present in any of you and i would like to say that i have thought a lot in it and i have changed my attitude in the way that i accept my mistakes. I did a good job as FM in the past and i will do it once again. I want the people to trust in me once again and not to throw to the rubbish all related with me only for one topic that i did with not a bad intention at all.  I know that i am the guy with lowest chance to become a FM but still, i want to get your confidence on me. I refuse to leave myself as it is right now, gimme one chance is possible and you will not regret.

I've seen the way you accept critisism in your latest Jailbreak admin application.
If you'd become a forum mod with that kind of attitude, then bad things will happen.
No support because of that. Being a fair and promising forum moderator ain't as easy as many think here.

i would like to add that you shall know that people can change and think on what they did and you are a good way to prove what i mean: in your admin app people didnt think that you changed your attitude but they still supported you and gave you a chance to become admin and show yourself as a renovated person and this is what i want. I know this job and i know that i can give something to this community

As we can see, you have basically taken the decision to make an application in order to support Ambrosia once again like you used to do in the past.

According to what you said in your application thread, you are supposed to be able to take criticism and ready to change your attitude.

Don't forget that you were a FM long time ago and that back in time, things were different and you weren't the same as well. Furthermore, the Oscar doesn't really have any value anymore since you were awarded long time ago and that the award matched some criteria that were valid only at this time. However, I fail to comprehend why you stated that you would make a good contribution to the forum. You somehow believed that you explained the reasons of that statement but this wasn't the case since both of your arguments are not valid in this case.

You should have not mentioned that thread to be honest. Everybody does mistakes and if this mistake is preventing you from going forward then I don't think that you are currently ready to handle the responsibilities of the position you are applying for. Moreover, you have also stated that you have recently changed your attitude in the way you accept your mistakes but you haven't done anything to prove us this statement. You could have done something in order to let us know that you recognized the fact that you did a mistake (apology thread,...) but you didn't.

It's good to see that you are somehow self-confident but how can you be so sure that you will be a good addition to the forum moderation team?

Do you really think that it's easy to gain people's trust specially after you took the decision to make a thread that made people have a different opinion regarding your case and so to lose the trust they had on you? I'm not saying that people are spiteful or whatever but you have basically given them an other image of you and so, it will take them time to trust you like they used to do in the past.

You seemed to be confident some lines ago and now you lost your self-esteem. I thought that you knew that you would be capable of doing a good job as a FM again so why are you suddenly lacking of self-confidence? And once again, you are seeking for confidence and trust without even making an effort.

Are you basically telling us that if you are given the opportunity to manage these forums, it will be a way for you to redeem yourself and to gain our trust? That's not how any of this works and I'll detail this point later.

So let's keep going on. This is (un)fortunately not everything. You have basically asked for a constructive opinion and I'll make sure to fulfil your requirements.

Let's make an analysis of other things that you have recently said in the forum, like for example in your Jailbreak administration application thread.

Why would you try to defend yourself continuously? Aren't you supposed to make an analysis of other people's opinion before considering whether they are right or not? You took the example of the mother who tells his child that he is immature. That's actually a good example to be honest. A mature child would basically either ignore or assimilate his mother's remark. An immature child would basically try to defend himself while it's not actually needed in this case. You know, people are not always wrong and some of them tend to be honest while giving their opinion. You are not basically supposed to defend yourself all the time but to make a constructive reflection and to figure out whether their opinion is legit or not.

You don't seem to comprehend that not everybody thinks like you do so of course that all the opinions will not fulfil your expectations. People's purpose is not always to get someone down but rather to let you realize that sometimes, one is not always right. Ray doesn't basically hate you even if he might dislike your personality. You made a mistake while making that thread and that's why he felt like he had to make a constructive opinion about that thread. You might still be offended by his opinion but this doesn't mean that he was wrong. He basically constructed an opinion that included some negative parts but this doesn't mean that his opinion was wrong. Moreover, if you are basically not scared anymore about the opinion that people might have regarding your case then this automatically suggests that you don't care about other people's opinion anymore. If you are still interested in improving yourself then I advise you to listen to people time to time.

You also don't seem to comprehend that even if none of the current Ambrosian official rules was broken by your side, you were basically the one who caused the most problems in that thread. In my opinion, it was an immature and selfish decision from your side to start that thread. Let's talk about that false rumour for example. Whether it is/was a rumour or not, did you really have to talk about such things in public?

So in conclusion, I'd like to say that in my opinion, you are not ready to manage the forum at the moment for several reasons. On one hand, we can perfectly see that you seem to lack of self-confidence and to be a bit desperate even if you are miserably trying to hide it. You are also not ready to moderate this forum because you took the decision to make an application for an important position like this one while you haven't even made an effort to gain people's trust back yet.

You basically believe that if you are given the opportunity to manage the forums like you did in past, you will gain people's trust back and so will be a way to boost your self-confidence but what you don't seem to understand is that people won't respect or trust you more because of your position. You are basically the one who is supposed to build his reputation (even if the word may sound wrong) before even taking the decision to start an application for a position like this one.

On the other hand, we can see that you seem to lack of common sense and that you can't basically take criticism at all even if you are willing to give us the feeling that you can. As we can see in the second part of my thread, you would be ready to defend yourself from anybody's negative opinion concerning you instead of trying to figure out whether the opinion is correct or not. You also seem to lack of professionalism and that's one more reason that explains the fact that I don't think that you are ready to moderate this forum like you used to do in the past.

I could have given you a biased opinion but I don't think that it would have been professional from my part since I have always tried to be honest and fair. Nevertheless, I know that I'm not always obliged to give my point of view regarding some matters but I believe that it was necessary in this case. Now it's up to you whether you are willing to make an effort by assimilating some parts of this opinion or to try to defend yourself once again.

Refresh i am sorry but i am not going to read all what you said for a reason and sorry if not reading your post is unprofessional: you thought that i wouldnt apply for FM and basically you were happy.but seeing that i applied you tool me as a big enemy abd yoy are trying  to make the people see me as a bad boy so i am sorry but i dont tale serious you post since you and me were always good friends and you supoorted me always and i did the same but take my application as a war declaration is nit mature and professional so feel free to comment again and make again look myself as a kid and mad boy but i am going to not take serious it and i am not going to answer you more refresh even if it is unprofessional but i wont continue your own war. I am disappointed with your attitude i didnt know this face  of yours. You took three days to think it all and i thank you for giving your effort to nake this so once again i wont answer you here, use steam to talk with me wnhenever you want or i will do who knows.

Next time dont leave ambrosia and comeback for 6 time and try to get always your rank to be somebody in ambrosia.

If you can't be asked to read my whole post then don't judge it, simple as that.

Keep in mind that this is just my point of view and that I'm not attacking you but giving you a constructed opinion based on some statements made by yourself. If you can't take criticism, then it's not my problem but yours. Feel free to criticize my opinion, to defend yourself as much as you want and to even attack me if you wish.

I guess that I have nothing else to say since you are just proving me that most parts of my opinion were actually right.

I guess u still havent, the way you replied refresh's and gumball's post means that you are still not (that) good at accepting your mistakes and/or opinions given.
Furthermore, after the topic u made, well, it would have been honest if ud have used your account rather than getting busted (forcing you to reveal urself).
I have nothing against that topic, everyone is free to give feedback. But that account, in 2011, meanwhile rules clearly state that you should not have 2 accounts (or more) at same time. I do not require a FM to be perfect, but hiding your account for years (maybe you forgot about it) and posting with it after sometimes later, is not in your favour.

TL;DR
The way you accept your mistakes has not changes at all from the one u were at the time of ray criticising u about post, and now.
in other words
NO SUPPORT

Actually  i would like to tell you that i have not answered to gumball badly, i havent bad intentions when i answered him  and even i told him that he did good showing hisself that he is a goos member and not thatone that some thought.

I didnt answer to refreshs post because of the reason that i said before and refresh nice way to give like to ny topic and then think about attacking me and removing your like . And red wolf i would like you to see in the  birthdays topic how many guys here have two accounts or even three and if i had one it was for a good reason even if i did bad using the sccount which i have said sorry severeal time ( you can check ny autobiography for more info).

Why are you still attacking me? Did you suddenly forget the purpose of your thread?

1) I didn't delete you from Steam.

2) The fact that some people might have a different point of view than yours doesn't imply the fact that they are willing to attack you and to offend you.

3) I've never been a Forum Moderator in Ambrosia nor been a member of the staff several times and then left for no reason.

In order to prove you this point, feel free to check my Ambrosian ranks' history below.

December 2011 : Trial Admin in the old Fun Server. However. I was demoted a week after for breaking a rule that implied that players weren't allowed to kill each other in the server before I was accepted as an administrator. I was basically demoted for breaking a rule before even I was given the opportunity to administrate the server but I guess that the one who issued a demotion on me that time, didn't know the concept of common sense since the demo showed that everybody in the server were killing each other that day.

From 2012 to 2014 : Stopped playing CS 1.6.

From July 2014 to January 2015 : Started playing CS 1.6 again. Then, Trial Admin (JB) => Full Admin (JB) => HAA (JB) => HA (JB). After that, I decided to resign from the HA position because I wasn't interested in managing the server. I was probably influenced by other people who took the decision to leave at that time but this doesn't imply the fact that it wasn't an unreasonable resigning since I don't play CS 1.6 anymore.

From June 2015 to September 2015 : Full Admin (CS:GO 1v1). I resigned because I was leaving CS:GO since I have to stop games in order to have more time to spend on my studies.

I might have gone Off-Topic but his accusations were Off-Topic too so feel free to remove this post if you consider it as trivial.

the problem is that I have said that two times already, at the end of my topic and in my autobiography xD but people doesnt want to listen.

I dont mind if i get a no support, what i really mind is that if you dont support me, give a proper reason, a real one that makes me open my eyes. I know that i make mistakes as all the humans even you all make 1 -2 mistakes per day or even more or a week i dont know, and of course i do mistakes even i was doing making the FM application, but i want a chance to get the confidence of the community again but it is really hard to do.

I accept my mistakes and  my answer sometimes arent the good one it should be but understand that i am trying to get back your confidence if stil persons are giving only bad opinions about me what should i do? say yes, you are right, i am shit and i will try to improve myself?¿ if so, i have already done that, so please, instead of doing the same all time, try to give me your confidence and i ll be able to improve myself, i need good feedbacks not all time bad ones, you all should understand my point of view, so here iam going for third time:

I am sorry for my answers, my behave, the way that i was acting 3 weeks ago and even know, i am trying to improve the weakest points in my own so give me once chance, anyone is perfect and you all are not the exception so lets do our best to improve as a person.

Alberto one question:

Do you know that FM must READ even longer texts than the one Refresh wrote, and not only that, they have to analyze it and judge who is not right?

After reading what you replied to Refresh, sorry my friend, but you are not ready for FM at all, since you don't know what we (FM) deal with (topics) on daily basis. It's a no support from me, because FM must be carefully reading everything and I guess you are not doing any of it, nor carefully no reading it. :)

I hope this reason for No support, opens your eyes.  ;)

Let's hear more opinions about your application and afterwards I will bring a decision on your application.

Popay i know that i have to read even longer posts, i have experience in that trust me,  but the point is that refresh did not post to give his opinion, he did it to make me stay out from FM applications, if you want  i can talk with you privately about it.

Normally i would read even longer post with no problem but not that kind of posts created here in my FM application, this is a way diffrent from others longer posts in ambrosia.

Yes you will say me that i must read ALL even if it that kind of posts but well, i have other point of view as you have your other point of view of what we should do in situations like this and it doesnt mean that you or me are more right about it, becvause as i said i would normally read it but not that post, only that post because it was made in a way that I am not going to read that.

I hope that you know what i mean with it so as you said, let's wait for other members opinion

You are not right about it.. There is no my view or your view or someone's else view.. There is only 1 view, the right view. And the right view is that you are wrong about not reading refresh's analyzed reply about you and your application.

I would have understand not to read some general off topic long post, but this should concern you, and it doesn't..

popay, the problem is that he took the time to make people see me as a really bad boy who is a mad boy and i am not going to read that kind of topic, you may see it as you must read it but i have my point of view and it is that there are things that is worth to give your time to read and other than are not and it is one of them.

My purpose was to prove, by making an analysis of your application and of some other of your posts, that you weren't ready to moderate the forum like you used to do in the past.

If you basically felt butthurt by the length of the post and so you took the decision not to read it, then this is not my problem.

Keep in mind that this is your application thread and that you have the right to disagree with my opinion and to prove me that I'm wrong if it is actually the case but the problem is that you didn't even bother to read my post so why are you even caring so much?

You have just proved that my opinion was somehow right and that you aren't ready for this position.

About all when you gave me your like and supporting me indirectly and now when you were too scared with me because you saw me  doing the applicatiom and not going so bad removed your like and took you 3 days to make the post just thinkinh a cool way to write it.

Nice way to make yourself see as a professional guy and mature, you know the exact reason of your post and i have said it several times. I have read your post some min ago and all is the same thing trying to make myself look as a bad guy using the word "miserable" over and over again the same thing  and i am not going to defend myself from your post since there is nothing to defend.

I am not angry of you, i have said that i am just disppointed of you because of your behave with that post but you do what you thing ti is correct even if i think that it is not.Let people give their opinion we shouldnt continue talking about the same (let me the word) rubbish.

I am not saying that all want to make me look as a bad boy only refresh's post xD i have said several times that many guys are riight saying that i have done mistakes and i hacv admited  them  i dont know why you keep saying that i dont. When i was FM i wasnt fighting everyone back back you are lying there really hard and i dont really know why you say it . I am not saying that you are attacking me there is a difference that i said many times in my posts: difference between attack a person and give an opinion about a person, a big difference and many people doesnt know the difference and usually attack a person believing that they are giving an opinion when they arent. Once again i have admited my mistakes but when i see a guy replying anf i think/know that he isnt right i answer him that he is wrong  and rhen i wait a reply to see of he makes me see yhat i was wrong or he was but i never see it or use bad arguments and thats why i answer him again.

Anybody here is a perfect and i am not perfect and who think that he is .. most wrong person 2015. Sometiems i aceepg my mistakes sometimes  i dont do, it depends of what kind of thing we are talking about this is the only bad thing from me and you all keep trying to get to the air more and more bad things from me and that is what i am arguing hard because i am not that kind of person who is bullshit and you never have to talk with him becauae is worst than poison.

I know my job as FM and i will do a goob job once again. The way to be FM didnt change from years and this is one of the most inportants things ti be evaluated. You should read the supports and likes in the topic not only the no support because if there are people who dupoort me it should be listen as well because they took their time to writr as well dont hear only one side of the replies because there are members saying suport and giving likes to the post that are so valid support has a reply!o

Now continue saying the same things over and over again  that all or at least me is bored to hear

Yo mate, one of the most important reasons why Popay accepted my application was because I welcomed all critics - half supports of Richtofen and Noex, and even a spam from Polarbear.
However, I'm not saying, that your application should be denied straight away. You just need to improve due to current circumstances you have.
Probably you have had tough times when you were away. Probably a reason you are the way you are at the moment, which is not what a fair mod is like.
You need to get some rest.

Actually you are acting really unprofessional as me fragment about all when you were away from ambrosia and suddenly you come and make a FM application and start talking in every single topic in ambrosia to make people believe that you are active once again xD you posted 11 september then 20 and now you did the FM app, good luck with you wanting to get a rank now in Ambrosia and  commenting after 2 days in your app to make people read it, really professional and mature!

Gumball i was fine before i comeback, better than in a much time and when i cameback all was really fine until i did that topic. In this community you can say ANYTHING against it or you will be humillated until you cannot hold more it. other account or not, all was wrong until that topic and everyone hating hard, yes, hating for  such a mistake that i said sorry 3k times (the account use, not the topic, i wont regret of that). All i did for this community all the fun i brought here were threw to the rubbish due to the topic i did and people thinkijnh that i am shit. 4 years spent here in this community forgotten and all to the rubbish just for such a topic.  Continue saying rubbish against me, "u dont accept ur mistake, u fight silly things and you are unprofessional", continue! yes i am a kid, i know guys i dont need you to tell me, i heard that many times ^^. I cameback just to help JB and say what i thought of the ambrosia's situation and all went exactly the against from my main objetive, bah. I wonder who will be the next with who all of you will fight until he is off xd. now deny this and i will be right once again  ;)

You have proven that you are not suitable for this position.

FMs are a team which spreads peace and accept different opinions, whereas you do not accept anyone's opinion except those who only support you.

Therefore your application for FM is Denied.
