Title: How to change cs 1.6 software to opengl with high FPS

as some of you guys know that i use Cs 1.6 software mode cuz i cant load the opengl, and if i did, it lags a lot cuz of the fps (2-10 fps) but i actually found a way to fix it, and when i tried it, it worked, the opengl freakin worked with 80-100 fps for me and am so happy cuz of that, also some players in ambrosia got banned for wallhacking, but it was actually software, so its important to change from software to opengl, i hope it works for you :).

1- Right click on "My Computer" and choose properties

2-choose Device manager

3-click at display adapters, right click at the option that you get then press at properties

4-Choose Driver, then click at Update Driver

5-choose "search automatically for updated driver software"

6- After you are done, restart your computer.

Note: If you see some weird shit at your screen while updating, ignore it, because after the restart of your computer, it will update, and it will come like what it was, and if your screen resolution changed, go to your desktop, right click, choose screen resolution, put it like what it was then press Ok.

lmao are you telling me you were using a graphics card without installing drivers? :D :D

No, he updated the drivers  :D
Yes, its a good thing to keep your drivers up-to-date.
Never thought this could make such a big difference, but ye, nice one Fadi, hope this will solve some problems for ambrosians and others.

sometimes previous versions work better than the new ones :p

anyways a solution is a solution  ;)
