Hey guys, this topic's been a bit delayed because i've been working stuff out for us. So firstly, a question you've probably all thought at least once is, why a community leader? Why's it needed? Why is that noob header Community leader? And i just wanted to try and give you guys the reasons why. So as most of you know, around about now is when people leave for Uni, or in work (or most work places) It's coming up to peak trade. This means that people's lives for uni are starting, they're moving away and starting a pretty busy moment in there life. In peak trade, it's coming pretty close to christmas so ALOT of work is put on in preperation for that too. Then also, why me? So my passion right now, is league of legends, counterstrike global offensive and ofcourse ambrosia and you guys. It has been for a few years now ever since i first became UC, i know i had my little stunts where i went inactive but they was all for good reasons. I genuinely care about ambrosia and i want to see it grow just as you guys.
What i wanna do
So as stated i wanna tell you my first ideas that i've got, most of them boring i won't lie but some groundwork has to be done
I want to firstly try do a few forums things, i won't go into major detail but you'll see me changing a few core topics be changed just to try and update them into this generation
I wanna work with the current forum moderators to see them with more access to help you and try and alleviate the UC permissions from literally most things so the work is more devided. (I've been there, done the work, Bloody hell it's alot)
Lets be honest, Our staff team is a little bare so i want to introduce more people into our ranks, People with experience and people who's well known. Prove yourself guys, this is your moment to shine for us
It's no surprise that my love for jailbreak will mean i want a CSGO JB server and i really want the time frame to be maximum around two months so we definately have that to look forward to
So this is gonna be hard to take for some of you but i want to try explain my reasoning behind it, I want @~RoN as HAA of jailbreak. (HOREY SHEET, BUT HE LEFT). There's not other way to say it than this guy is probably one of the hardest working guys i've met and his love for JB really does allow this to shine. His knowledge of the playerbase, the small ambrosia jailbreak community we have going and server knowledge benifits popay more than most of you can realise so i want you guys to take a step back and try and look at his past achievements and forget his past mistakes.
Forum? Maybe see what i can do with it, try update it to the 21st century!? Obviously the emperors are already looking at this so it's just a part i wanna do.
What can you do to help ambrosia grow?
Alot of you guys Play ALOT of CSGO and i mean, alot. So as a community we're asking you for simple advertisement on the end of your name simple put like this "Name - Ambrosia-servers.eu" Also, Ask and tell your friends about ambrosia!
Now finally, What do you want to happen to ambrosia? Where would you like to see it and what improvements would you like to see? and suggestions are welcomed so please comment your ideas:) So anyway, I'll do my best for you, that's a promise!

No but seriously, the changes sound pretty great - especially jailbreak. I'm really interested into what CSGO Jailbreak has to offer, since I hate CSGO for the most part.

Right @header, since you're talking about overhauling the forums, can you get that mention plugin fixed/changed for another or removed ? 99% of the time it just doesn't work, constantly says I have mentions but none ever showing >.> It's distracting.

I'm not sure, but I think if it was used in boards you cannot see then it will still show you have been mentioned; if not, then I couldn't agree less, happens to me a lot as well :D

sounds good, imho focus guys in csgo ,it is the present and the future, for cs 1.6 the only solution is boost, and for management, give high staff more permission and freedom ,a high staff "council" with a democratic vote isn't a bad idea imho Good luck :)

CS:GO servers are in worse condition than surf, it's unplayable whereas surf has issues with camping zones and spawns, so I've read anyway.

Shark leaving had actually no severe impact on ambrosia's progression outcome. As you should know, everything moves slowly here as per tradition. And yes, I do agree that all sn oldies that left had mighty big scars and cuts in the development, but all it's not lost. So far I'm looking forward to try my 3rd attempt in a new and fresh environment.
I maybe wasn't that long in ambrosia, but from the information mining my say is that you can't prevent a generative shift. And the only good solution is adaptation.
