Admin: Max Breaker
Server: Public
Date & Time: 3:30PM till 4:00 PM
Complaint: Not doing anything, afking in spec, ignoring call out for cheaters, ignoring people not following the rules. And that just in a half an hour.
I got a small demo from what i was recording because of a cheater but it works for him aswell since he was just ignoring us as CT and just kept playing.

It is pretty tiring to play like this. First dd2 i had to call in another admin to ban 2 blatent cheaters because max was afking in spec for atleast 20 minutes.
Then new map started and there was a aimbotter that was just obvious. He ignored us the whole time. There was no conformation nothing that he understood.
This is just not acceptable at all. I do not report an admin quickly but this was just outrageous how much things he was doing wrong in just a short ammount of time. And yes i know at the end of the demo i wasn't really nice but it gets really frustrating to play like that.
Btw server was full but since mister admin didnt do anything everyone disconnected and it went pretty much empty again.

came back after some time to see max in server.. ok good, i can join now
after joining realized the server was still in total chaos
people flaming, advertising, hacking, swearing (logs can be checked + attached ss also shows a guy giving ip and he was doing so for 2 maps. max was there but failed to respond)
at first i thought he might be afk so its bearable but then he starts playing alongside the hacker and didnt ban him even after some guy "ozzy" was continually telling about the hacker
finally i guess todo said something to him :p which made him ban but this isnt the appropriate attitude for an admin

Usually Max does his duty correctly and without even being informed about cheaters or rule breakers on admin chat, I don't remember a day I asked Max to check for me a suspicious player he ignored me or anything on the contrary, I can guaranty that he's so watchful compared to other admins (myself included) that makes him to check every single player on the corner he does something suspicious while in-game (oldies, newbies etc...) no matter what, but what happened with him today is weird and a first for me tbh and like all of you I would like also to hear it from him since he owes us some explanation.

You're clearly oblivious to the context of the situation.
I suggest you don't post comments like this in such a topic unless you've understood the situation correctly.

ye max breaker ignore some players like once i was playing put server cowboy was in spectating list there were at least 2-3 cheaters on the server i told max breaker to see them and stuff but he didnt reply for me

I have not watched the demo about Max. But what I can say about personally about Max is that he is always doing his admin job as fine as he can.
About afking I won't comment nothing because some admins has done it past and still does it. Maybe map changed before he go afk, who knows?.
And if you didn't have none kind of response , highly expect him to be afk xxD..
But in the other hand you must let admins also time also play the game..Maybe he has bad day and busy....Who knows....
What I can briefly see is that server lacks committed admins. So you can't expect one admin monitorin server and not let him enjoy playin..Well then people says he should resign blabbla bla...But Max is one of the best admins here..Everyone has shit days also..or not in the mood watchin nubs hacking..

1st.- about advertisers
admins can not do nothing against them. they are bots who join almost every round, advertise and leave server, always with different IP and ID and nicks too
(we are working in some plug to avoid the advertising)
2.- about afk-ing
when a server is full (usually dd2 server with 31/32) i dont like admins or players go in spec afk, coz they using 1 slot just to be afk, and this is not nice
when server is not full (Public), if an admin is afk on spec, well, is not a good thing, but its not as bad as on a full server, coz more ppl can join, even with no admin, or admin in afk
and after this, it comes a lil example: if i am afk for some rounds, when i come back i can not know if some1 is hacking or breaking some rules, only if u report him when im online (playing or chating)
so, if ppl reported hackers with admin online (in this case, playing) and he didnt answer or go to spec, then he should explain why
if ppl reported hackers when admin was afk, and when admin comes back he see ppl complaining about him not answering the reports, then players should got a lil more patience
i didnt see demo yet (going rehearsal with band), so i dont know if reports were when admin was afk, or what kind of reports were when he was playing

I have on more then one occasion been called to public from DD2 to deal with a cheater/check a player and found an admin was already present on the server and was doing nothing. Unfortunately more then once the admin in question was Max.

I did several time before I started my own demo.
Same goes to momarms. He was there Aswell.
After he didn't reply to my report and just continued playing I decided to record myself and report on forums.

@ max have this attitude of ignore players like he did to me too many times, but lets notice this ; some times i saw max on players but his ping is too higher "110-1130" but the real max have a nice ping, maybe another one use his name in game, its already for possible. 8)

Another player was also continually shouting about the hacker.. check logs, would be somewhere after 11 Aug 03:30 PM

Hello , first I apologize for what misery I have done .
I would also like to say thank you Dontodo that can use admin chat . Because when you play someone publicly report a cheater , it is sometimes unnecessary to go Spec . And try him demoted , in this case, I try to catch a cheater in the game. Furthermore , I am only human and not visiting the do many things at once , you need to play while going to the toilet , or on the phone when someone calls or when you play back recorded demos and examine them . In these cases, too ... do not communicate and do not communicate well when I focused on some goal , such as catching a cheater ... Once again, I apologize to all of you , I hope you understand me . I'll try to keep you from me get in the game more details please .

just 1 thing more to add:
when a player reports a cheater on public chat (using Y, instead of U@), if the admin goes spec and the "cheater" is half smart, he will turn off or just leave server coz he already knows an admin is going to spec him
summarizing:
he was afk on server, bad thing but not the end of world. only if server was full i would warn for stay afk on server, wasting 1 slot
when he joined the game back, maybe u reported the cheater and he missed (no matter the reason: phone, wc, ringing on door, eating, watching tv.... or simply, focusing on game)
on demo, when u report the hacker on admin chat, the hacker is banned after a couple of rounds
so i would advise Max to care more about reports. when somebody reports a hacker also answer him, so the reporter will know u are going to do something about it. even if u have spected before the "suspect", and u think he is clean, u should tell this to the reporter, so the reporter will not feel ignored by the admin

Server went empty because there were cheaters in the server.
Not 1 or 2 multiple. Rubix came in coz I requested him but a lot of players already left since those obvious wallers and aimers ruined the fun.
When next map started there were still people but since there still was a obvious cheater for atleast 10 minutes in the server while max was just playing (cheater was in his team) people left aswell and the server went from full to 10 people.

Max: if u are gonna stay afk for big time u must disconnect and leave the slot free, coz u wasting 1 slot for doing nothing, and maybe another admin could join server and clean from cheaters
about players leaving server, we can not blame on Max, coz ONLY in this case, no matter if admin is afk or no admins at all on server, players will leave the same coz cheaters online, no matter if admin is afk or no admin, dunno if u understand what im trying to explain

As for @Max Breaker, we all make mistakes but so long as we learn from them, it's all good. Onwards and upwards @Max Breaker, sharpen it up.

Even if they would offer me rights I don't want it. U know why? Because if I have rights I know I have a responsibility and that's helping the server. And for now I do not feel like doing that in 1.6. So why u qqing

After all of this I'm sure it was a misunderstanding and believe me sometimes it happens even with the most and experienced admins we have here, but one thing is sure and certain for me it looks like @Max Breaker learned from this and let me say that it's a lesson for all of us and being an admin it means being responsible anyway, hope this wont reproduce in future as I believe we all here make alliance (regular loyal players, admins, HS etc...).

Max always does this. There have been many situations where I've ended up calling somebody else while he is in the server because his either AFK for hours or just don't want to reply to anyone. I have reported him to Burzum more than a year ago in private. Truth is, Max should have consecutive medals for worse admin of the year.

Max is a great player, and to be honest, the adminship is standing in his way of proofing his good skills in-game.
So i'd recommend max to resign and to play normally, because i'm pretty sure he'll like it.

well, tbh i dont see so "great" skills in Max as a player. ofc he is good, but maybe in the same level as me (in my humble opinion). so maybe he has made some mistakes, like banning without demo or missing the reports, but im sure he is not here to show off
he is 1 of the most active admin on server. and maybe this is also the reason why he misses some reports, or goes afk, or doesnt provide demo in some unban appeals. if he is 1 of the most active admins he will make more mistakes than any other admin, who (just giving an example) joins 1 hour per day and bans 2 cheaters. ofc Max will make some mistake more coz he is more time on servers. he must ban more ppl standing alone on server, and ofc he goes afk coz nobody can stay in front of pc all that time (ppl need to eat, pee, talk, phone.....)
so again, as i see on demo, Max missed some report about cheaters (1st coz he was afk, and when he was playing he didnt answer to the reports). on demo, when players complain about cheaters Max bans the cheater after 2-3 rounds
admins make mistakes. obviously, more active admins = more mistakes, although they helping more, coz they stay more time on server
