I have noticed that server rankings are getting restarted rarely and that is a turn-down for some of the players. I suggest rankings to be reset once every month (on the 1st). That way we can keep track on who is actually active and loyal and also stimulate new players to stay and play for ranking. Also you can think of a reward (i.e. 1 x day VIP package or something like it). I hope everyone comes up with their thoughts on this.

I remember on Surf,


1) use to get admin
2) trial
3) vip


Or something like that, it did use to motivate me to try be on top. So good idea, hope it gets added again.

then people will start camping alot for kills to be the 1st  in top15 and ruining the fun

yeah, we had those prices once

we could take em back

problem is, players will rank non stop, unbalancing teams, so low players (whole server except 5 or 6) will leave

Jailbreak had many attempts in this, which turned the server into a boring ranking server. So I strongly stand against ranks being a thing in jailbreak.

The ranks on DD2 and Public have been recently reset, it will reset every month.

I agree with most of what you guys said and yet again - if there's team balance plugin I can't see what the problem is. Plus the reward is presumably for a limited time and .. I don't think there will be that many people that would actually "camp" for frags. To be honest such players are "free-frags" to me. Anyway I just shared the thought - it's completely down to the community to decide.

The hesitancy to install a plugin on the server is because of the sensitive nature of the server. It seems to have taken heavy hits when tampering with plugins in the past however I will look in to this.

and about the rewards (DENIED) players always find something to manipulate in order to keep their first place.
